“Are you all right?” Callum asked as soon as they were inside the dressing room. He put Callum on his lap and the child seemed to notice the atmosphere so he just kept his silence.
Bea nodded her head but her mind was still a mess. Just what the heck? Why would he even approach her? How dare he have the guts to face her after what she did?
She looked away and sighed. “Can I go to my dressing room for a while?”
She tried to act tough in front of Caleb since she did not want the child to see that side of her. She wanted to leave with only good memories. She also did not want a young boy worrying about her.
