Paige's POV

"Are you okay?" Jace asked concerned. I took a deep breath before turning to look at him contemplating if I should just voice out exactly as I was feeling or let it slide.

"I don't really know" I answered, might as well tell him what the problem is. We were quietly packed in front of the house, it was a few minutes past 6pm meaning Mom would have prepared dinner by now, but a part of me didn't want to go in.

"The incident at the mall with Leon keeps replaying in my head, there was something off about him and this is the third time he's given me this feeling, I had first noticed it at your parent's burial but didn't want to think much about it but now seems like every encounter that we have he always seems to give me worse feeling than the previous one. It was always like this when we first met but it didn't seem like anything to worry about until now" I continued.
