Harley

The last two hours had been intense. Hair and makeup were done. My hair had been easy. The sides were pulled back after my hair was curled. I loved how it flowed down my back, especially since the back of the dress was open. The makeup, however, was a whole other story. Lizzie wanted to do a smokey eye, but I thought it was too dark. I don’t wear a lot of makeup, so everything she was doing seemed so dark. 

I ultimately agreed to a palate that included more neutral colors, but still had enough of a deep color to satisfy Lizzie. That woman was intense. She was very much focused on ensuring that my hair and makeup were perfect. She was quite passionate about all of it. And wow, did she like to be loud. Everything she did was loud.

I stood in front of the mirror, looking at myself as I was ready for t
