Alessia's POV

Everything was blurry until we reached our destination. Ezekiel's suspense was killing me with curiosity. He was tense and diving very fast. My mind was occupied with endless thoughts.

But nothing could prepare me for the stunned surprise as we reached the place.

“What's going on?” I inquired as we parked our car somewhere in between the woods. We were in between the Riverstone pack and Bluemoon pack. The Riverstone pack belongs to Alpha Liam.

And the Bluemoon pack belongs to Alpha Knox. Yes they are neighbours and that is why it was easy for the both of them to maintain their friendship.

“What's going on?” I asked in an impatient tone. Ezekiel got out of the car and I followed suit. Now he was by my side.

“We need to shift. There is going to be an attack today on Liam's pack. And we need to stop the rogues before they reach his pack” he dropped the bomb.

“What?” My blood went cold.

“Why the fuck would you not tell me back at home?”

“We did not come prepared,” I snapped.
