Nabrel really called me at 10 pm, at the exact time when his shift ended. And I can't believe I really waited for his call! I was looking at my phone to check for his call every minute and it's pissing me off when I received none!

I understand that he's just following the rules about not using cellphone. What kind of management is that, right? What if there's an emergency at their house? How would he be able to know that if he cannot even touch his phone while working? Very irrational and unjustifiable!

I told him to free his schedule this coming Sunday. He didn't hesitate to say yes. He told me that he has work on Sunday, though. I didn't ask. I will pay him so he wouldn't think that I'm bothering him.
