I was staring at the ceiling all night. There was a small voice inside my head, making me realized the things I mindlessly said to Nabrel a couple of hours ago.

I closed my eyes tightly as I flipped my body on the bed.

Why did I say that? And now, I can't even sleep because of regret I am feeling.

I pushed the comforter away from my body and got off the bed. My steps were fast as I went out of the room. I did not even knock in the guestroom where he was.

A dark room welcomed my sight. It was cold because of the air conditioner. I gently closed the door.

I bit my lower lip as I walked carefully towards the bed. I saw his silhouette through the dark. He was laying on his stomach. I could even hear his breathing.

My heart clenched painfully whenever I think about the things that I have said to him. I never wanted to say those words. I never wanted him to hear those from me.
