Ako, hindi ko alam. All I know is that I don't care about him. I don't care about that freakin' billionaire. Even if they made me his lawyer, I will not and will never defend him.
"Siguradong magugustuhan niya 'to." Kumuha ako ng isang basket ng assorted fruits at binayaran kaagad.
I hopped into my car while bringing the fruits with me. I know that Jayron, my beloved little brother, will like these fruits, especially apples.
"Miss," I called the nurse at the front desk of the hospital. I asked politely.
The nurse smiled at me with her wide eyes. "K-Kayo po ba s-si Attorney Christine Villeza? 'Yong nagpakulong sa sindikato ni Congressman?" She looked very starstruck even if I'm not a TV artist. "Pwede pong magpa-picture?"
I smiled at her and bowed for a little. "Sure, no problem."
I was excited to bring these fruits to him so my walking pace went faster.
"Room 237. Oh, there it is."
I was about to enter, but a nurse rushed outside and called another nurse to help them. Help them for what? "Undress him quickly!"
"CHARGE TO 120 JOULES! Cleared!" "Prepare the epinephrine, 2ml!"
"CHARGE TO 200 JOULES!" After the doctor shouted it, his assistant nurse set up the machine and nodded. "Cleared!"
Jayron's chest responded to the electric charge from the defibrillator. "W-What's happening-?"
"Ma'am, sorry you can't be here at the moment-!"
I halted the nurse as well. "I'm the patient's sister for God's sake!" "J-Just tell me what's happening to him, please?"
"The patient has cardiac arrest, Ma'am. Some terminologies can't be understandable by a lawyer so, please. We will save your brother."
As soon as she said that, she immediately shut the door.
My phone suddenly vibrated from my pocket so I immediately got it. Jelsey Santos, tumatawag. She was my best friend and an attorney-at-law as well. I answered the call even if I was sobbing in pain. "W-What's the catch, J-Jelsey?"
"Are you crying, Christine?" I heard some keyboard clicking over the phone. She must be busy with her work right now. "What happened?"
"It d-doesn't matter if you'll know it right now, J-Jelsey." I tried to compose myself and breathe heavily. "Why did you call?"
She stopped from typing, to which I've heard over the phone, and heaved a heavy sigh. "I have a case for you."
My brows furrowed. "I'm preoccupied right now."
"It's worth a million, Christine! For your brother!"
Kailangan kong gawin 'to. "What's the info?"
She clicked her tongue and said, "You need to drive here to my home office, Christine. He's here, acquitted with murder and another serious physical injury. If this son of a bitch is really a criminal, I might be as good as dead now." There's something in her voice. Something like disgust to someone else.
I drove as fast as I could 'til I reached her house. Yes, this grand mansion was her house and her home office as well.
Her maid shouted to her office.
I smiled at him. He touched my face and said this one thing that touched my heart to the fullest. "Mahal na mahal kita." Then he smiledIlang segundo kaming nagtitigan. That was the longest seconds of my entire life, yet, the most meaningful and lovely moment. . . how lucky am I to call you mine?"Nang sabihin ko 'yon ay nag-iritan ang lahat, lalong-lalo na ang mga loka-lokang kong kaibigan. I glanced at them with my meaningful shut-up-there-or-I'll-kill-you look. I chuckled and looked at Anthony again."For all those times that we've been together, there's always been a mutual understanding that's only shared when two people love each other truly. We've been together for not so long and yet, I feel like it's already more than enough. Marami na tayong pinagdaanan, Anthony. Mga hindi pagkakaintindihan, mga pagsubok na pinagdaanan."
Atty. Christine Sandoval's POVI was beyond happy. We were beyond happy. This wedding gown was quite big and heavy, but the excitement and happiness within me was way heavier. Siguro dahil kinakabahan din ako. "This is it, Mama!"Nakangiti si Mama pero may luhang tumulo sa kaniyang mga mata. Tears of joy I'd say. Jelsey clung to my arm and giggled. I gazed at her and she looked happier than I am. "May problema ba, Jelsey? Are you okay?"She glanced at me and shook her head. "Nothing serious. Naiingit lang ako, Christine." Jelsey pouted. "Ikaw ikakasal na. Another chapter of your life. Ako ito, tao pa rin."I jokingly rolled my eyes and n
I THOUGHT IT'LL be the end of the video, but there was another episode where Bright was wearing a graduation suit: a black gown with purple velvet on the front, a black tam, a purple tassel, and a hood. Actually, we all are. It's our graduation day. "Hey! This is just the start, Christine. I'll make sure that I'll defeat you in any way while us being the best criminal lawyers someday. Sabay nating ipasa ang board exam ah!"My tears fell from my eyes when I heard him that. I know he's mocking and challenging me at the same time, but I'm pretty sure that he's quite serious about the enthusiasm he got while saying that. He had dreams of us passing the board exam and being the best criminal lawyers in the Philippines.Pinili kong hi
My heart sank in an instant when I heard her call my name. "Ms. Christine Villeza. "No, Prof. He is wrong. Ms. Jelsey Santos was right.""Are you saying that just because Ms. Santos is your friend?" she asked, intriguing. I didn't expect that rebut from her, especially that was a subjective statement. She seems to be underestimating my sense of justice with that statement. "No, Prof. I know the law and I'm certain that Ms. Santos is right. I will not support her if she's wrong even if she's a friend."Natahimik ang buong klase, kahit na mga maliliit na ingay ay nawala, nang sabihin ko 'yon. Even Bright was looking at me with his mouth opened when I said that. Prof Magnaye s
"Ohhh. Oh my---- faster, Anthony! Ugh, fuck!" I moaned as I leaned back to feel his tongue even more. I know he's enjoying this. My thighs tightened around his face as I gasped for air. "Y-Yeah, ugh!"He grabbed my ass and pressed my hips onto his mouth, enjoying the pleasure that he was getting from my thing. Then he played with my hard and wet clitoris. He sensed that I was cumming so he swiftly slid his three fingers and repeatedly pushed it in back and forth. "Fuuuck, ugh!" "UGHHH!""Inipon mo talaga 'to ah?" he asked, teasing. I answered, leering. He was sitting at the edge of the bed while waiting for me to go over him. His rock-
Atty. It has been my day off today after all the stressful weeks that I've been through as a resident lawyer in Rivamonte Hotel. We had to have each and other's opinion on this matter. I prepared my food because Ate Sising was not around to help me. She's with Kuya Caesar, who's on vacation leave. I gave them pock
