Chapter 42
Once Alice had arrived, we joined the others who were waiting at the beach. The night was freezing, the moon is full, the waves are splashing at the sands and it was peaceful. Unlike what we were experiencing earlier when the party was still active, right now it’s like we are in paradise. No one was around, there was only us that you can see, everything else was irrelevant. How life could be easy if it were like this every single day.
We walked around this huge and long beach. It was very wide, it stretches from mountain to mountain. And the only building that is around is the beach estate of Alice’s family.
I wonder if I could have a place here, I would only require to ask Sebastian for it and he will get it done. After that, I could stay here for quite a while, just to escape the life I have in the city.

It is already the start of the new week, the week where most of the students are busy preparing for the upcoming event. While most of the students are already heading to their classes, the five of us who have spent our entire weekend at the beach and having parties, were still in our beds. This day seems to give much good and bad news. The stressful week of preparation and dedication to making a quality performance for the event has come to an end. All of the hard work and multiple tasks that we have been going through these past few days will now meet the day where we show it to the whole student body, visitors, or not.While we who were working behind the huge stage, making props, and assigning tasks for the performance are going to spend our entire morning enjoying booths, and fun activities other clubs have prepared, we’ll get busy setting up the stage and helping out the performers later in the afternoon.
