Chapter 126 A vampire

LPHA DERRICK'S POV

Oh no!

Now it has happened. I stared around me as the unbalanced water waves kept twirling me around as I looked for her.

"Clara!" I called out but I knew there would be no response.

She asked was probably struggling with transformation now or drowning.

Wait, drowning?

I dove underneath the water and held my breath as I tried looking for her. I could barely see and the water stung my wounds and eyes.

A couple of moments and I needed air as I popped up to the surface again, looking around in vain hopes that I would see her.

"Clara!" I called into the emptiness again.

I wished instantly to the moon goddess that I would find her. I swore never again to take her for granted. All I wanted now was to see my woman.

"Professor Derrick?" I Heard Kent's voice and followed the sound.

He was no Clara.

Could the moon goddess be merciful enough and help us see her?

"Have you seen Clara?" I yelled as I caught sight of him, swimming around a rock towards me.
