Chapter 33

Emma POV

Emma couldn’t sleep. She kept having dreams of wolves attacking her pack and killing everyone, and she was helpless to stop it. All she could do was stand there, frozen, watching everyone in her pack die. The dreams were getting worse, more vivid, and changing. Now, in the middle of the wolves there was this one wolf that stood in the center of the rest. This wolf was solid red, the color of blood, its eyes were completely black. She had seen this wolf before. It was the same one that attacked her. She didn’t know what it was about this wolf, but it terrified her.

She kept these dreams to herself. She didn’t want to tell Logan, he was already worried enough as it was. It was tearing her up not telling him, keeping this to herself has been a burden almost too heavy for her to carry. She needed to talk to someone, tell them what she was seeing.
