Chapter 5 Your life is in danger!

There were three other men after him and none of them had the ring but they didn't dare say it after they were caught stealing from the man sitting behind the table with a gun in his hand.

For the fact that they were caught stealing goods from him to resell, who wouldn't also think that they stole his ring. It was like the earth was against them to have picked this particular day they had planned to steal for his ring to go missing.

Tears dropped from the corner of his eyes as he heard a gun reloading. “Please, please, please don't kill me…” He muttered with his hands clasped together.

“Where is my ring?”.

“Please…I didn't take it…”

The whole room shook as another gunshot rang out.

Thud! Another body fell.

One of the men standing at the side walked forward and picked up the two shells of the bullet. He moved to the third man who was already trembling and placed the two shell in front of him.

“I don't have to repeat myself for you to know what I'm asking for.” His voice pierced through the silence.

The third man broke out in cold sweat. He was about to beg for forgiveness when a knock sounded on the door.

“Come in.”

The door pushed open and a small group of people walking in.

“Boss, we found this container with a white substance laying beside the bed in your hotel room at Ice five-star hotel. We conducted a research on the substance and found out that it's a sexual stimulant that stimulates the body into wanting to engage in sexual intercourse. On the container, we found fingerprints. Fingerprints of a lady.”

His eyes narrowed as he looked at the container in the transparent nylon. “No surveillance footage?”

“No sir. That is the VIP floor. Surveillance cameras are not on that floor to ensure the privacy of their VIP guests.”

He nodded then asked. “Who owns the fingerprints?”

“A young woman who goes by the name Natasha Kisniver.”

He leaned back on his chair as he aimed at the third man. “I give you 24hours to find her.” He pulled the trigger and the third man fell to the ground with a soft thud.

“We are on it sir...” The man replied, visibly shaken as he watched the third man fall from the corner of his eyes.

They turned and walked out, the room returning back to it's deadly silence.

The fourth man was already crying and he had wet his pants. The three bullet shells were in front of him and he knew any moment from now, four bullet shells will be laying in front of the last man.

The silence in the room was eating him up. The only sound he could hear was his heart slamming his chest.

He heard the man inhale and exhale sharply.

“No clue? Then you two are just as dead as the others.”

Before they could utter a word of plea, two shots fired.

Thud! Thud!!

He stood up with the gun and his secretary opened the door for him. “You know what to do.” He said to one of the men in the room before walking out.

“Natasha Kisniver.” He muttered as he entered the elevator. So she had the guts to drug him and sleep with him. That crime could have been forgiven but she automatically signed a death warrant after she stole his ring.

“Theodore.” He called.

“Yes Mr. Darkmoon.”

“Prepare the cage for our new guest.” He said, his eyes cold and calculating.

“Yes sir.”

After weeks of sleepless nights and desperate decisions, Natasha stood in the doorway of the hospital, her heart pounding in her chest. The heavy smell of antiseptic clung to her clothes, but today was different—today, her sister was getting the treatment she needed.

The doctor had just confirmed that the last round of tests had come back, and they had a plan for her now. The massive debt was gone, the auction was over, and now all that was left was to pray the medicine worked.

But it hadn't been an easy journey.

“Do you remember when you were younger, Elina?” Natasha whispered to her as she held her hand, her fingers gently tracing the lines of her sister's palm. “When you would race around the yard, even in winter, daring the cold air to stop you?”

Elina, pale and frail in the hospital bed, gave a weak smile. Elina's once-bright eyes were dimmer now. The constant battle with her lungs taking its toll. She coughed—a deep, rattling cough that echoed in the sterile room.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the doctors had said. Though it had progressed beyond simple asthma. And now, cystic fibrosis. It was a battle to keep her lungs clear, a daily struggle that had only worsened as she entered her teenage years. Natasha had watched the slow decline in real-time. Each breath was a fight. Each day brought a new set of pills, nebulizer treatments, and hospital visits.

“I’ll be okay,” Elina whispered, though the tremor in her voice told Natasha otherwise. Her sister’s condition wasn’t fatal in the immediate sense, but it was insidious. It would shorten her life and steal away her strength if left unchecked. “The doctors said the new treatments... they might work.”

Natasha nodded, tears threatening to spill. She wanted to believe that. The cost had been astronomical, but it was worth it to see her sister’s chest rise and fall with a less labored breath. The pain in Elina's eyes was still there, but she wasn’t fighting to breathe at least—at least for now.

“Ma'am, you'll have to step out. We are about to begin the surgery.” A nurse said from behind her.

Natasha nodded and gave Elina's hand a gentle squeeze. “You'll be fine, ok.” She whispered, a tear threatening to fall.

Elina gave a weak smile as Natasha stood up. She watched her leave, the door closing behind her before allowing the tears slip from her eyes.

Natasha cleaned her eyes as she walked out of the hospital. She took a deep breath and looked up at the sky. Just then, she felt her phone vibrating in her bag.

She opened it and pulled her phone out, only to be meant with 15 missed calls from Tiana.

Another call came through again and Natasha was quick to answer it.

“Hello…”

“Natasha, where are you?” Tiana's worried voice came through the phone.

“I just came out of the hospital.”

“Natasha, you need to run and hide. Your life is in danger.”

Time flew by in the speed of light. As the sky darkened, Natasha could hear faint music playing outside. She dropped the file then laid flat on the bed.The door creaked open and Alexander walked in. She turned to look at him. “Are you ready?” He asked, slipping two black gloves off his hands. Natasha noticed his hands were stained with…blood. Alexander placed the gloves on the table then walked into the bathroom. Natasha sat up at the sound of water running. She stared at the gloves on top of the table. A million questions ran through her head. Why was blood on his hand? Was he injured? Or, did he kill someone? Natasha looked up as he walked out of the bathroom. “The event has started, let's go.” Natasha stood up and arranged her clothes and hair. She glanced at Alexander through the mirror. He pulled two black things from his pocket. One was bigger than the other one.“What's that?” She asked, turning to him. “Where can you easily reach to grab something to protect yoursel

Alexander jumped back into the pool. “So have you thought of how you're going to get the flashdrive tomorrow?” Natasha sighed. She hasn't even come up with a plan. “I don't think I'm going to do well. I haven't stolen from someone before?” Alexander paused and looked at her. She understood what that look meant. “I mean, I haven't stolen from someone I haven't researched about.” She quickly corrected. “Everything you need to know about him is on that file. What else do you want to research?” Natasha looked down as she kicked the water. “The big grammars on the files are too much. It's not that I can't read it, the grammars are just too much to process. If I had done the research, I'd have written it in a way even a five year old would understand. Besides, I don't mind staying up late to do my own research.” Alexander scoffed. “The last research you conducted, how well did it go?” He asked. Natasha's face turned red with anger. “It was a small mistake, ok. If I had been sober eno

Natasha stood up and unzipped her dress. She let it slide down her body then took of her pant and bra. Alexander glanced at her as he tied the ropes on his boxer. His eyes lingered on her full round boobs. Her nipples were pink and erect. He ran his tongue above his lips.Natasha picked the swimsuit and slid it on. After she was done, she looked at Alexander, who's eyes looked like they were about to eat her up. “I'm ready.” She said. “Let's go.” He said then walked to the door.Natasha followed him. They walked out of the room and turned into a passage where two burly men stood at the entrance. They both gave a slight bow to Alexander as he walked pass them. When they got to the end of the passage, a big pool came in sight. Alexander turned to look at her. “Are you ready?” He asked. Natasha replied with a nod. She stared at the water like it was about to swallow her. “Come.” Alexander grabbed her hand and led her to the edge of the pool. “Sit and put your legs in the water.”

Getting to where Alexander was, Natasha quickly linked her fingers with his. All the men were shocked. Alexander looked down at her. “You should have remained in the helicopter.” He said, holding her hand tight. Natasha met his gaze. “Isn't this where we were going to?” “No. Let's go.” Natasha nodded and followed him. A small smile formed at the corner of her lips when she was the look on those men's face. When they reached the helicopter, she climbed in first and Alexander sat beside her. Now she could breathe well, because Alexander was beside her and she no longer felt scared. The helicopter rose from the helipad and soon they were back in the sky. Natasha kept her gaze outside the window. She was a bit nervous. Those men were holding guns, and Alexander was with them. What were they doing? She was curious. “Mrs. Natasha,’” Wilson suddenly called out. Natasha turned her gaze to meet his. She saw a brown envelope in his hands. His chair turned automatically to face her aft

Natasha barely finished her meal. She was lost in thoughts. Where was Alexander taking her? What task was he planning on giving her? She spaced out for almost 10 minutes straight. Her mind was in a mess. She looked down at her plate, her appetite gone. She managed to eat the remaining berries on her plate but she left the rest. The clock ticked, and every tick made the air thicker. She pushed open the door to her room, only to find a black and white gown laying on her bed. She trailed the fabric with her finger. It was soft against her touch, but it also made her curiosity grow bigger. Whatever task he had planned, he was serious about it. She could tell. He said failing was not an option, but a part of her wanted to test him and see what he'll do if she failed. At noon, Amora appeared in Natasha's room. “You need to get ready. Godfather hates it when someone keeps him waiting.” She whispered to Natasha. Natasha nodded and stood up from the bed. She had a quick shower and slid

Natasha grabbed his shirt to support her swaying body. Alexander held her head and deepened the kiss. He didn't go easy on her. He made sure he punished her little mouth. She tried to catch up and follow the rhythm, but she was inexperienced, and he was going to teach her how to do it properly. He held her chin and pulled his lips away from hers. She gasped for air as her eyes fluttered open. She was breathless and her lips were soft and red. It made him want to kiss her again, but he had punished her enough.Alexander grazed her lips with his thumb. “You taste so good,” He said, wiping his lips with his other hand. “but you are inexperienced.” She exhaled sharply. “Then teach me.” His eyes narrowed. “Be careful what you wish for.” He said then released her chin.Natasha looked down as she tried to steady her breathing. “You can go back to your room.” She nodded, but as soon as she raised her knee from the ground, she winced in pain. Her knees were red from kneeling for too lo
