“She’s tired and has retired to bed, so they’d have to see her later when she’s up” “yes sir” “do we have any clues on how they infiltrated the dungeons and got the creature out?” “the only thing we were able to find is some remnants of some type of acid liquid that was used to break into the cell she was kept, other than that, there was nothing and the odd thing is no one recalled seeing them fleeing with her”

I rub my chin thoughtfully “I suppose if Red had not pointed it out no one would have thought to check on the creature and her disappearance may have gone undetected for at least a day until we got ourselves back together and did our daily check on the prisoners and obviously the guards would have been blamed or even suspected in having something to do with her disappearance” I need some rest my head feels like it’s pounding.

“We will reconnect at 11:30, go get some rest, I need some too” he nods and makes his way home and I do the same, the castle grounds are now empty and I return to my wing and drop my tired body to my bed and pass out almost immediately.

“JESTY!” is someone calling me, can’t be I’ve only just gotten to bed *BANG BANG BANG BANG* “YOUR MAJESTY! YOUR MAJESTY” “OH YOU’VE GOT TO BE FKIN KIDDING ME!” I kick my covers off me and storm off to the see who is the dead person banging on my door *BANG BANG BANG* “WHAT?! “It’s worse than that my King, Elder Tom ordered to have Roho arrested, she’s currently in the high council court being questioned, Beta Cory sent me to get you” I don’t wait for another moment, I am unable to control my rage and shift right on spot and I go running through the castle in my Lycan form with Hunter roaring as we make our way towards the council court.

There are guards at the door who attempt to stop me but they are of no match for me, Hunter pushes them out of the way, I would never harm my own people but this is a very serious matter, I burst through the doors and the court house is in utter chaos with my family at the center of it making a shield around my mate and guards as well as Cory, Astrid, Carson and Alessia protecting her.

Harry runs in behind me breathless and hands me some clothes, I quickly shift and throw the clothes on releasing my Alpha Aura I shout “WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!” everyone bows unable to stand the strength of my aura, well except for my father and of course my mate “your Majesty, this shewolf is here to confess her crimes”

“Crimes?! What crimes do you speak of Elder Tom”

“Of course colluding with the enemy and allowing them to infiltrate our packlands and even freeing the creature you captured”

The fker sits on his high seat and stares down at me as though someone has died and made him a God or something as he spouts lies about my mate. “What proof do you have that Roho committed the things you’re claiming Elder Tom”

“I have heard that she was the only one who knew how to terminate the creatures that attacked us and even knew their calling names, she was also the one who knew that the attack was just a farce so the prisoner could be freed, is that not enough evidence to think she is colluding with them”

“She is also the same one who ran after your daughter and brought her safely back to you and your mate as well as many others, my father and even I would not have been able to stand here right now had it not been for her and her knowledge, the same goes for the people standing guard around her, while you where trampled on and lying on your side she was off fighting for a pack she doesn’t hail from, how could someone collude with the enemy but still do so much for people she has no relations to Elder Tom!”

He sputters before he looks around as though hoping to get some sort of help or backing from somewhere, we all turn when the court door swings open again “FATHER HOW COULD YOU!” his daughter sobs “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!” “do you think confining me at home would keep me from being here, she saved me! She fought two rogues to bring me back and now you’ve got her here like some common criminal, I have always looked up to you but you’ve let me down father, does your greed know no bounds! Let her go! She is innocent and you know it! I will never forgive you if you persecute this innocent she wolf!”

“SO BE IT! REMOVE YOURSELF FROM MY SIGHTTHIS INSTANT! I AM YOUR FATHER AND HEAD COUNCIL AND WILL DO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU AND THIS PACK AND THIS SHE WOLF MUST HAVE BETWITCHED YOU ALL! BUT MY EYES ARE WIDE OPEN AND I SEE THROUGH HER TRICKS AND LIES!”
