“She knows she’s guilty too which is why she’s just standing there mum! Nothing more than a guilty conscience!”

I’m going to kill this man, so help me! I am barely keeping Hunter at bay and this fool just keeps making it easier and easier for me to let him loose, everyone at the court could clearly see that this man is delusional except for him, even his own daughter! She is now standing among the others guarding my mate and staring up at him defiantly.

“Ha, hahaha” the crowd looks back at Roho who has burst out laughing “oh my goodness Tomas Iver Xani” he flinches “Xani?” “w-what, h-how the hell do you know tha- I mean what the hell are you talking about” she gently pushes through the crowd and walks forward “her hair”

Her hair looks at though they’re on fire “I have watched you for a long time Tomas Xani” that voice is not her own, it’s like she’s been possessed or something “I left you alone because the things you did seemed insignificant but now you’ve come here after spending so many years on earth, keeping yourself young by draining the life force of your Five mates and pups”

He shrinks backs as gasps spread through the court room, I am confused and clearly so is my dad, “you have changed your face so many times that even you have forgotten your true self, you serpent in fur stand here calling me a liar, come to me mate!”

A force compels me forward and I go to her, once again there are gasps around the room “she’s our Queen!”

She turns and looks up at me, her eyes are glowing Red and she lifts my shirt and moves to the side so Elder Tom can see “if no one else knows, you who have been alive for over a hundred years would know this mark! Would you not” “by the Gods” he begins to tremble “I I I I’m sorry I have committed a grave sin, p-please forgive-” “hahaha! Forgive! You want me to forgive you for what exactly, WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU ASKING FOR FORGIVENESS FOR TOMAS XANI?! YOUR CURRENT TRANSRESSIONS OR YOUR PAST ONES THAT HAVE MORE NUMBERS THAN THE SANDS ON THE SEASHORES!”

She shouts and there’s a strong wind around the court room with each word she speaks, the flames in her hair brighten “IT”S HIGH TIME I INTRODUCE MYSELF TOMAS!” she doubles forward and screams then rips her top off only then do I see that she has a mark identical to mine ‘a mates mark’ we all watch as Roho makes her first shift and emerges as a red Lycan, she stands tall and howls shaking the entire court room and Elder Tom drops to his knees.

"Beautiful" is all I can say standing there watching my mate in all her splendour 'stop drooling Hunter' 's-sorry' and we both go back to staring at her as she commands the attention of everyone in the court house "now, come here to me Xani" he scrambles to hit feet and rushes down to her and kneels "p-please" "SILENCE!" no one made a sound, no one moved an inch.

She searched the crowd "come here little one" she calls towards his daughter and she comes over and stands before her quaking "do not fear me, I mean you no harm, I simply wish to show you truth" Rohos Lycan opens her mouth and a haze envelopes both her and Elder Tom, we all watch as her face shifts, displaying so much emotions, fear, confusion, bewilderment and shock.

“You, you, you! You’re a murderer! You’ve lived, feeding off of other peoples life force, what are you?! I need to get my mother away from you!” Elder Tom looks up with bloodshot eyes “NO! YOU CAN NOT TAKE HER AWAY FROM ME JUDY IS MINE!” he shifts and launches at his daughter but Roho caught him effortlessly by the throat. “You will bring no more harm to anyone else Tomas Xani, you take him to a prison that has stainless steel until I decide what I shall do with him” Harry moves taking Tom who is now unconscious and carries him away.

“Does anyone else wish to tarnish my human’s good will?” once again, there is dead silence, my father comes over and she stares at him “I am an Elemental Lycan, Alpha King of past, my element is Fire as you can clearly see” “you can read minds” “indeed I can, my human is trying to shift back so I must go, mate come with me”

She grabs me like I’m a rag doll and tosses me over her shoulder and runs with me, I manage to see my fathers  laughing face as I bob along on my mates shoulder, she takes us to my room and sets me down, “I want to meet my mate” Hunter is out in an instant, no questions asked.

She circles us, as though committing everything to memory then licks Hunters snout “what is mate doing, huh I can talk?” we’re both surprised because no Lycan before her has ever been able to speak and now Hunter can.

“I want to mark you, but my human is still resisting, she does not want to be marked”

‘Hunt, tell her she can mark us! She can mark us!’

“My human says you can mark us”

“Piper, I love it” a rumbling I have never heard comes from his chest as he says her name “I am Hunter” Piper comes over and simply licks Hunters neck where his mate mark should be and steps back, I can not go against my humans wish, no matter how much I desire it”

After saying that she falls onto the bed and shifts back to her human form unconscious, I shift back to and pick her up to make sure she’s okay then cover her up and lay her on my bed.
