" Alrighty Red, your kitchen is once again clean " " thank you, so Beau, time is really counting down for you so I'd give you a quick run down and the guys would fill in anything I miss out okay? " " okay " I sit opposite her, giving her my full attention.

" Right okay, so as you now know we're Werewolves, as regular wolves we live in packs and we have an Alpha, the Alpha's wife is called his mate and mates are predestined by our Moon God and Goddess, they are basically the other half of our souls or our soulmates, you'd be able to scent your mate after you come of age and shift, if you are ever disloyal to your mate he or she would feel a stabbing pain in their chest and vice versa if your mate is disloyal to you, when you touch you'd feel what we call sparks, she would be the only person you would feel that with and your world would rotate around her once you meet her, Alpha mates are called Lunas' our Alpha is Teejan Woods and his mate is Beatrice Woods so they'd be called Alpha Teejan and Luna Beatrice, they are our leaders and we pledge loyalty to our pack and leaders, higher than the Alpha is the Alpha King and the Royal family, are you with me thus far? I nod my head " yes " " okay, moving on under the Alpha and Luna there is a Beta who is second in command then a Delta and Gamma both who look after and train the different sectors of warriors within the packs, there are also Omegas who generally are not as strong as the ranks I've listed and there are those who fall in-between like myself who is strong enough to be a warrior and like my dad who is a doctor and so on, the Omegas are protected because they are not strong fighters but amazing care givers and nurturers, if there are attacks on the pack and they happen to breach our borders and get as far as the pack the Omegas, children and elderly are the first to be taken to our bunkers and locked away until it's  safe for them to come out, you will be shown where those bunkers are in due time, although judging by the look and scent of you I doubt you're an Omega"

" At around 23:45 you'd begin to feel changes, slight pain a bit of fever, discomfort, it will get worse, the closer it gets to midnight and just after midnight you will feel your bones break one by one, the pain will be the worst you've experienced in life but it's only that way for the first few shifts, the more you shift, the easier it becomes, the quicker you shift and the less pain you'd feel, I'd also advise you to get familiar with the territory and find hiding spots to put your clothes because when you shift you rip your clothes and when you shift back you're naked, so we normally strip first hide our clothes then shift and go back to that spot to shift back and retrieve our clothes but sometimes situations come up and you have to quick shift "
