Azealia

Tyler follows me up to the room I had prepared for Pheonix, “you did an amazing job at her room” “I did didn’t I” “so cocky!” I laugh “guess you get diaper duty for the first time papa wolf” passing her to him, he takes her and walks over to the changing station, I go and ensure her window is locked and close the curtains, I turn in time to see Tyler gag when he gets a whiff of her dirty diaper and I stifle my laughter, he pulls his shirt up over his nose and get’s to work cleaning her up.

I go fill her tub with warm water and some soap “give her a bath, I’ll leave her things here and go make her a bottle” he muffles an okay in response as they walk by me to the bathroom. I lay out a white onesie, a fresh diaper, oil and powder then head to the kitchen with her bottle and formula.

I did purchase one of those machine that makes the bottle for you so I just wash the bottle as I’ve already sanitized them thoroughly before and place it on the stand then pour out some of the milk into the machine tray and close it, once it’s done I add a bit of feed so she stays full longer and return to the room.

She’s fully dressed and laying on the bed cooing away at her dad who is laying beside her smiling like an idiot, I approach and pick up a bib, I pick her up and pass him the bottle as I clip the bib on her, I pass her back to him and he snatches her and begins feeding her, she drinks the entire bottle down in no time “damn she must have been really hungry” wiping her mouth “seems that way” “you need to burp her”

“Burp her?” “yes, just uhm put her on your shoulder and pat or back gently until she burps or her tummy would be unsettled” “ahh okay” he does as he’s told and after a few minutes her burp rings through the room which makes Tyler laugh, she’s asleep soon after that and we lay her in her crib and turn on her night light before quietly leaving the room.

“Red are you sure she’s not too far away from us, I mean we could bring her crib into our room” “I thought I’m supposed to be the mother hen, she’s right next door Ty and we have the monitor, not that we’d need it because we can hear very well if she’s crying from next door” he blushes “I just want to make sure she’s alright, that’s all” “what could possibly hurt her?”

We shower and get ourselves to bed, I get up early and check on her, she slept right through the night, she’s smiling at me when she sees me approach, I pick her up and take her to the kitchen for feeding, once she’s had her fill I run her a warm bath and get her dressed in a onesie that says ‘Daughter of a King, Daddy’s Princess’ and give her hair a little brush before laying her between pillows by her dad.

I change my clothes and leave a note for Tyler so he’d know she’s fed and had a bath, I need to go riding, it’s been so long since I took my baby for a spin, I get to the garage and see him in the corner, I am quite surprised at how clean he is, I guess someone has been keeping him in tip top shape for me.

The engine roars to life as I rev it and take off down the road, I just want to do an inspection of the land and see how the various rebuilding areas are doing, I stop at each site and just catch up with the workers and foremen at the sites, I need to keep track so I can better plan on how soon we can hold the memorial, we would need places for the visitors to stay so we need to get the buildings back up as soon as possible.

When I get back Tyler is waiting for me in the garage leaning on his jeep, with jeans and a grey V-neck tee, I park my bike and walk over to him “what are you doing here and where’s Pheonix?” “I woke and she was in the bed next to me, I got up to use the bathroom and brush my teeth and came out of the bathroom in time to see your mom taking her away”

“Oh man, this is really going to be a struggle huh” “seems like it” “now back to my first question” “ah there is somewhere I want us to go together, perhaps have a breakfast date before we go there too, have you eaten?” “no not yet” “perfect then hop in let’s go” I quickly open a portal “be right back”

I rush to take a shower and get changed before heading back through the portal “okay ready” we get into the jeep and make our way to the neutral area, we have breakfast before going to a store, by the way the employees bow when we get there, they must know who Tyler is “Your Majesty, so good to see you again” an attendant walks over a little to happily for my liking.

“Hello Eden” “what can I do for you today?” he steps aside and it’s as though she’s seeing me for the first time “I’d like you to take her measurements for a custom gown please” “of course” she says walking over to me, eyeing me from head to foot, “can I ask what the occasion is so I have an idea what type of gown I’m making” “this is my mate so it will be a coronation gown, the colours Red, Gold and Blue, elegant and regal for my Luna Queen”

She looks as though she’s tasting something sour now she knows who I am then plasters a fake smile onto her lips “of course, please your majesty come this way” she ushers me into the back room and quickly takes my measurements calling them out to the attendant standing nearby “okay all done” “thank you” I say and leave the dressing room.
