I fully well understand their reactions but it's better to be prepared than to be blind sided. That is how you lose " the wolf is at the City, he asked to return to his home but I can not allow it because he may very well be in danger if I allow to return, as they recapture him or kill him thinking he may have told us something he shouldn't have which he has not as he recalls nothing " 

" How do you know he's being truthful my King " a rumble of a chuckle bubbles up on my chest and Hunter pushes forward just a bit " because no one can fool the Lycan King " the Alpha shrinks back " I meant no disrespect Lycan King, I am merely skeptical about this person who claims to have no memories of breaching the Royal City "

Hunter cocks our head to the side and observe him " how many pups do you have Alpha Noel " " I have yet to produce pups my King " he answers without missing a beat, we smile and tap our fingers on the table and he shifts uncomfortably in his seat " is that so? well then best to get busy with that soon then hmm? " with another long stare at the Alpha he recoils back into my mind but we both know he's lying when he says he has no pups.

But that's none of our concern what he does with his loins and plants his seeds, Alphas have been known to keep mistresses on the side even after mated and marked with their Lunas, what I don't understand is how the Luna's can bare such pain while being cheated on their mates, such a shame but what can I do, it is indeed immoral but certainly not illegal to do.

" Now here is what I intend to do, we have no idea when circumstances will arise or we will may have need for war so in the mean time we shall prepare, I will dispatch Royal Guards to each of your territories, One Guard is the equavalent of Three Wolves so for every Three Warrior from your packs I will send a Royal Guard, the aim being to have your wolves receive training the same way the Guards to, the training is usually and Eight month course but we will try to get it done in Six as I am sure you'd not want your warriors away from your packs for longer than necessary but shorter than Six months would not make sense "

Alpha Gavin raises his hand, he's been fairly quiet the entire time " yes Alpha Gavin " " if the real training would usually take Eight months then I'd rather have my warriors stay the full Eight months and be properly prepared than force the Two month worth of training down their throats which may be non productive in the long run or tire out their bodies altogether "

I look around the room " do you all agree to this? " " yes " they say in unison " very well then, the full Eight months of training will ensue, what I will do is let the guards who come to your packs work with your warriors to train and do assessments on your borders, as they would be fresh eyes and maybe able to assist with things and do some border inspections with your remaining warriors, I would expect you to treat my subordinates as your own and with respect as they will in turn be respectful to you "

" Of course we will treat them respectfully my King, how soon do you intend to start the training so we'd know when we need to have them sent by "

" In a weeks time I will reach out to you all and let you know, I will have to return and get lodging arranged and what not for your warriors also if you can please by the day after tomorrow send me the list of names of warriors so I will know how many I am accomodating and arrange their schedules and please, most importantly the warriors must come of their own free will, do not force them, have a meeting with your packs you don't have to tell them the full story if you don't want to, just let them know Royal Guards will come and warriors will go to the City for training and ask if there are volunteers, if no one volunteers then so be it but do not force them, if there are men among the pack who also wants to volunteer, that is also fine with me as the training would be as though learning from scratch "

" While the training is going on, what is expected of us in the meantime, I mean if this is true we must do more than this surely "

" Hmm, well what you can do for me is to join forces, share information and assist each other to assist me in finding where these things are hiding, use your ears, your informants someone must know something no matter how small it may seem and we must also establish bases, build underground safe houses and supply it with essentials but whatever you do, do it covertly because we never know who is watching you"
