I can see them searching the forest, as the lanterns lights glow in the distance around the forest, they seem frantic but eventually they give up retreating to the direction they came from.

" I wish I could follow them back to see where they came from, but it'd be too dangerous right now for me to do that, how come they didn't sense her? "

" The chest isa container for dark magic, it seals whatever it is inside, other dark creatures cannot open it no matter how hard they try, not from the inside or from the outside and once inside it can't see, hear or sense anything nor be sensed by those outside "

" I see, well I will be sure to return your chest to you after using it Tabi " " okay, now come it's time you had your rest "

I place the chest on the porch by my bike and head up to my room, I have a shower and brush my teeth before hoping into bed, it takes me a few but I eventually drift off to sleep.

I am standing outside the pack house getting ready to make my departure from Alpha Teejans pack, the other Alpha's and their travel companions have already left, his Luna and pups make their way outside to bid me farewell, he walks over to me and shakes my hand " safe travels back my King " " thank you Alpha Teejan, I quite enjoyed my stay at your pack and be sure to take care of Grey for me " " we will and we will begin preparations for your other guards as well " " alright, I will speak to you soon, Luna thank you and your staff for your care " I smile politely at her " you're welcome my King, take care on your way back " " thank you "

I get into my jeep, and we all head off, back to the Royal City where I'm positive a shit load of paperwork is waiting for me.

For some reason a feeling of longing bubbles up in my chest all though I have no idea what for " is everything alright my King? " my guard asks from the front passenger seat " hmm, everything is fine, just an odd feeling " I rub my chin thoughtfully as we slowly drive out of the territory, I can feel when we pass the border and get out onto normal territory " don't worry about it, I'm sure it's nothing ".

He nods and turns back around to face forward, I take my phone out and begin going through emails to get a general jist of what awaits me when I get back to my office, my plan is out in the open now so I just need to initiate the first phase and begin gathering up the warriors to train , so first things first is the lodging.

My phone rings as I'm reading through a business correspondence email and it's Cory " Cory " " Tyler " I sigh " what do you want Cory " " you, always " I can hear him snickering through the phone and I roll my eyes " you know if I didn't know any better I'd swear you swing that way " he hollered out laughing " I'd only be that way for you Ty, can you feel me winking at you? " I shake my head in amusement " I'll punch you in the gut when I get back for your nonsense Cory, now seriously what is it? " " alright, alright just checking to see if you're on your way to the airport, the jet is fueled up and ready to go when you are "

" Yes Cory, we're on our way, left the pack about Twenty minutes ago " " awesome, bye see ya soon! "

" You'd not have made a mess in my office or fked any shewolves there either! " he laughed once again " I am a diligent worker my leige and I would never desecrate your sacred office with my filthy ways " I hang up before he could finish what he was saying because I know it was about to be some crap.

You'd think being a Royal Beta would this guy serious but he is the biggest man whore one could ever meet and a total ass but he's the only person I would trust with my life to have my back, we've been friends since before we could talk as our families have always been close and grew up as brothers more than my siblings and I have, I suppose it's that way because we've been together from the start and my siblings came one by one after.

We finally get to the airport and I board my jet " greetings my King " the steward says bowing a little too low and showing a little too much, I stare at her and her cheeks redden, I guess she seems to think I'm interested but I'm staring because I can't believe there's shewolves who don't know trying to gain favor with me is a waste of their time, I simply sigh and carry onwards to my seat.
