CHAPTER 23

Damon's POV

I woke up early and checked Coralline's side of the bed. As usual, she has woken up already. I chuckled inwardly. She's reallý a devoted wife.

I went to the bathroom to take a ahower. When I was done, I wrapped a towel around my waist and started drying my hair with a shorter towel.

Suddenly, I heard the door to the room creaked open. I left the bathroom thinking it was Coralline that entered the room.

Instead, I was shocked to see Monica standing in the room. She was cladded in a revealing nightdress. What is she doing here??

'Do you need something.' I asked her.

'No. Uhm. Coralline asked me to call you down for breakfast.' She said.

'Ok. I'm coming. You can go now.' I said.

Instead of leaving, she just stood there and ogle at my body.

'Hey. Aren't you leaving??' I asked her.

She seemed startled at my voice and blushed profusely.

'I'm sorry.' She said.
