Chapter Thirty One 

As soon as Toby pulled into the School parking lot and found a space, I jumped out of the car and hurried off. The parking lot was around the back, and while teachers had their own area, a lot of the students drove. I was able to rush off into the crowd and found comfort in the fact Toby wouldn’t be able to follow me. He hadn’t even had a chance to turn the engine off before I was gone. 

I only stopped to catch my breath when I made it to the front entrance. I went in before Toby had a chance to catch up.
