130. MOBBING THE HALLOWAYS
When Sebastian initially approached the building, there was no sign of policemen around, not even the hospital security. Not seeing any security in sight only meant one thing to him; they cleared everywhere just to lure him into the building easily, so they could lock down the building and hem him in. But he was not going to make it that easy for them.
“This is going to be tougher than I thought.”
That was why he changed his plan and decided to create some panic by going behind the building to the powerhouse to knock out the power source.
