Katherine's POV

“Benjamin.” I felt a power coming out of me when I saw Charlie coming in between and getting stabbed by Stefan and pushing Benjamin away. Stefan was shocked to see his father getting stabbed and lost consciousness.

I got back normal and ran towards Benjamin. Now I realized how he must have felt seeing me about to be shot by stefan the other day.

“Charlie, don't close your eyes. We will save you.” Benjamin said, trying to lift him but Charlie held his hands and smiled at him.

“My time has come. I must go and unite with my family in heaven. I just got to know Mary's identity in the human world and realized she was trapped by Son in her magic. Please don't kill him. He is an innocent boy.” he said and took his last breath.

After the funeral we were sitting in our house when we heard Stefan shouting from the other room where we had tied him. We are not sure whether he is still under Mary's control or he is fine now.

“He died before saying where and who is Mary?”
