Many of the Watersons began crying hysterically from fear as they soiled themselves.

Eugene smiled bitterly when he saw them putting the blame on him. He looked at Chase and said, “They’re right, Chief Instructor Collins. I was the one behind all of this. It had nothing to do with any of them.”

“Nothing to do with any of them? Do you think I’ll take your word for it?” Chase smiled with disdain.

“Detain all of them!”

Evan suddenly stopped him and said, “You’ve won, Collins, but don’t think for a minute that you’ll be able to put me on trial!

“Eastern Oceanians will never die at the hands of a bunch of stupid people from Bactria!”

A savage look flashed on his face and he roared fanatically, “Long live the emperor!”

He attempted to slam his palm against his forehead hard to commit suicide.

However, Chase was not about to let him have his way. Chase flicked his finger and a surge of vigorous energy shot out. It put a hole through the vein of Evan's
