Chapter 653

last update publish date: 2026-07-12 23:56:34

Guys, throughout this entire story, Gianna has never been in a healthy state of mind. I've pointed it out countless times because everything has been building toward this moment, where she finally reaches her breaking point.

A gentle reminder, both as a medical student and as a fellow human being: please don't call someone who is struggling with severe mental health issues "stupid," "an idiot," "weak," or "annoying." Those words can do far more damage than people realize.

This isn't just about Gianna. It's about real people, too. If someone in your life is going through a difficult time, try to respond with patience instead of harshness. Judgment, ridicule, and aggression can push people into even darker places. Then, when something tragic happens, or that same person commits suicide, people often wonder why they didn't see the signs or why that person never asked for help.

The truth is, people battling serious mental health challenges don't make perfect or healthy decisions. Their minds are fighting battles you may never see. Compassion won't solve everything, but it can make the difference between someone feeling completely alone and someone feeling understood.

So please, be kind. You never know what someone is carrying behind a smile. ❤️

There has to be a redemption for her. She cannot be a victim all throughout the novel. She has to be able to be able tonprove everyone she conquered all instead of just slipping through the PTSD and depression

Her story is unfinished. i don't understand why she run to her father after revealing that she has be tortured in so many ways to be cured. She told Raphael that his love is different from her father's or ex-fiancé, because she knew it is not about performance, but by just being there.

Yet... Raphael had gone to them anyway. He watched me carefully, "There are conditions." I nodded almost immediately. "The meeting will take place in the Capone cemetery." I blinked, "The cemetery?" He nodded, "Your mother will be there. I wanted the first meeting to happen where Hazel rests.

Why? Why was she being kind to me? I hadn't earned it. The thought settled into my chest so naturally that it didn't even feel like a thought anymore. It felt like a fact. Mom was gone. Mama D was gone. Brianna. Emma. Morgan. One after another. Everyone I loved either left or disappeared.

Gianna ━⊰ ❦ ⊱━ Everyone had gone to bed hours ago. I stood alone in the kitchen, one hand resting against the cold marble countertop. The lights above the island were the only ones still on. I stared at the knife block. I didn't move. I just... stared. My fingers slowly curled against the edge

"I’m teaching you the Silvio Special," Silvio whispered, throwing an arm around my shoulder like we were best friends heading to a movie instead of a girl trying to escape a house full of mobsters, "If you want to sneak out of this mansion undetected, you don't go over the walls.
