Xavier chuckled at the lame plan of Valentina trying to get away from him. But he was also stubborn. If he wants a kiss, he will get in either way. He wrapped his hand around her neck and pulled her face near him for a breathtaking kiss but the screeching sounds of knocks on his glass door drew an irritated line on his forehead.

He pulled away from Valentina who released the breath she was holding back. Her cheeks turned crimson red at the feel of his raging breath on her lips which were going to be devoured by this demon if not for the knock on the door.
