It was a painfully long day, it wasn’t even lunch time yet and I was exhausted from sitting through the classes while my mind was stuck somewhere else.

How would people react to finding out my ties to Ricardo O’Brien?

Would they look at me differently? Or would nothing change?

I doubt anything would change but what scared me was how it would change. Saying it out loud doesn’t make much sense but there was this inner conflict that sat buried in my chest.

People are already curious about what family my mom came from, by the time it came to light that she was a normal child who grew up in the farm people would surely have a lot to say. It is only a matter of time before that happens and I wondered if my mom thought that far or was she only stuck in the thrill of the moment?
