It’s early, like five a.m early. Coach has given me a new trainer who suggested we went out on the horses for the morning to a point about three miles away and to run around the lake that apparently is attached to my land. So, I am waiting with a coffee a nice strong one in my running shorts and my old college T-shirt. I love running and to be honest I am looking forward to getting on a horse again. It’s been a long while since I’ve ridden when I was a kid.

My aunt and uncle who live in Wyoming have horses and land. As a kid my sister and I would often visit them and sometimes stay with them during holidays and ride nearly ever day. My aunt runs the stables and is a teacher, it was always huge fun.
