The boys after the morning prayers were already washing up. The junior boys and the senior boys were involved in all manner of clean-ups. The functionaries were fully involved knowing fully it was one of their last assignments. However, Shola and his men were already on the move to go for the visiting day of the convent girls. Their plan remains at 1 pm to make the move. They were also involved in the cleaning up and it was Shola who took the junior students to the principal's house for proper cleaning of the house and environment. Preparations for the inter-seminary games became more consistent than in the other weeks. The minor games preparation had been ongoing for weeks but this week, it will be fully for all the games, mainly outdoor games, and a few indoor games. Days after the senior students of the exam class had their meeting, the new functionaries emerged. Daniel was given the post of deputy head boy. The students were extremely happy when he was mentioned as the deputy head boy. For the first time in the history of the school, a student who didn't start from scratch takes that critical position. The teachers who voted for the positions with the functionaries emeritus were also happy. Daniel along with the new functionaries began the work excellently. The school was quite enjoyable and the junior boys were at peace with the new set of functionaries. Daniel's classmates were more focused than Shola. Academically too, the boys are much better. Daniel within days of assuming the office has become the favorite of the students. The junior boys are free with him and can open up issues to him. Those that are suffering academically, he puts them through and offers them much help. It's already a new week, the seminary games are already on with the general welcome ceremony. The seminary schools landed at the venue on Saturday. The hostels, the pitches, and the outdoor games and indoor games venues were ready of course before the arrival of the boys. The opening ceremony witnessed the recitation and singing of all the anthems of each school represented at the games. Each team captain will raise the flag of his school while their anthem goes on.
