Alpha Ramsey’s POV

From my vantage point above, my hands rested on the mezzanine looking down at the people who are busy with work in the pack house, I was tired from working in my office all day and decided to take some rest.

I sighed as the thought of Astra invaded me, I know I don’t know much about her except for the stories she had told me but I can’t stop myself from thinking about her, everything about her clouds my thought and I wondered why my mom can’t accept her for my sake.

She is my mate and she wouldn’t expect me to reject my mate just because she is not from this pack, I see that as a lame excuse that doesn’t worth being considered.

Sometimes when I think about what my mother had said, I do have a deep fear in me that something bad might happen due to Astra being here, who knows when her old mate might decide to have her back and cause the peaceful pack to go to war

I love peace and also don’t mind going to war if the call comes but I can’t imagine fighting another ma

Astra is really acting like a second-hand woman. I mean, all she thinks about is Alpha Noah and not even try to give Alpha Ramsey a chance. This is pathetic. I refuse to read any more. I believe the second chance mate should be between another second chance, mate.

I've tried to read this but for me, it's not making much sense. smh. I thought he was the bastard son of an alpha and his mother is dead, how is she now alive and giving orders?
