“So, you need to extend your stay?” Klynne’s voice was laced with disappointment. She was expecting that Calvin and Kervin would come home after their one week stay abroad but according to Kervin, they still needed to stay longer.

“Yeah. At least a month.” Kervin stared at nothingness as if he was thinking of something. “I just need to fix some errands here. But if you like you can get your ticket–”

She shook her head and leaned on the headboard of her bed. She was having a video call with them. She missed them already even though it's only been a week since she last saw them face to face. She was so used to them being around, that their absence upset her sometimes.
