The Day Of Reckoning

Whitney was filled with rage as she sped down the well-lit highway due to the pole light. Aside from that, the full moon's pale light illuminated the whole place.

She drove past a few cars that had parked by the side of the highway due to the storm and the thick fog which had worsened.

Considering how severe the storm and fog were, there was no way anyone could drive in the weather which made Whitney to be a little bit relaxed cos she believed Luther must have parked by the side of the road.

As Whitney drove, she saw various items on the highway such as shrubs, grasses, cans, and other things blown by the wind, and on both sides of the highway, there were fallen trees that had been uprooted by the fierce wind.

After driving for about thirty minutes, it struck her that she doesn't know Luther's car and she became worried and confused. Just then, she looked ahead of her and saw the convoy of four SUVs that followed Luther's car.
