KELLY'S POV.

The lecture finally ended, and the students poured out of the classroom, chattering and laughing. I gathered my belongings, my mind still focused on the notes I'd taken.

As I stood up, the room began to empty, and i made my way to the door. Just as i was about to step out into the hallway, i felt a tap on my shoulder.

Urgh! Not again!

Before i could turn around, two familiar faces appeared in front of me. They weren't exactly who I thought it was, but they were all too familiar. They were the same guys who had been with Jimmy in the hallway yesterday.

"What do they want from me?" I sighed silently.

They had smug smiles plastered on their faces, and my instincts immediately went on high alert, urging me to run. But my feet remained rooted to the spot.

"Hey!" one of them called out, his voice smooth and confident. "You must be the janitor," he goaded, a smirk playing on his lips.

Annoyance curled down my spine as I shoved a weak glare at them, but I didn't dare respond.

"Come on, Dante," His friend laughed. "She's a student." Their eyes sparkled with amusement. "Did you really spy on Jimmy and Deb?" He raised a brow, his curly brown hair accentuating his beautiful face. They burst into scornful laughter.

I stayed silent, hoping they'd get tired and leave me alone. But they had other plans.

"Jimmy wants to see you," Brown haired said, his grin still plastered on his face. "Meet him at the band hall. I'm sure you know it."

"Of course she would. She had enjoyed a sex scene happened right there." Dante laughed.

They both watched me expectantly, waiting for a reaction.

My heart fluttered at the thought of meeting Jimmy. "Why did he want to see me?" I whispered to myself, trying to calm down.

"What? Did you just say I won't go?" Curly haired questioned in disbelief.

What is the worst that would happen if I don't. I thought silently. But who was I kidding, I answered, "No, I'll meet him there." My voice was shaky.

"Go immediately," Dante said with a hint of amusement in his tone.

Urgh! they'll rot in hell.

I took a deep breath and headed to the band hall. As I walked, my heart pounded in my chest. What was he going to do to me?

The door soon cracked open, revealing Jimmy. My heart stopped as i saw him sitting on that same desk. His eyes narrowed from his phone slightly, his piercing gaze directed at me.

He was dressed in a crisp white shirt, sleeves rolled up to his elbows, and dark jeans that fit him perfectly. A silver watch glinted on his wrist, and his hair was styled in a messy, piecey look that only added to his bad boy charm.

Why was I even admiring him. He was cold.

"What took you so long?" he asked, his voice cold and detached, sending a shiver down my spine.

I hesitated, unsure of how to respond. His eyes seemed to bore into mine, making me feel like an insect under a microscope. I felt my heart racing, and my palms grew sweaty.

The whole banging scene flashed in,so fresh as If I was watching it all over again. Fear clutched in my chest, I stood at the door, refusing to walk in.

"You are not deaf, are you!?" Jimmy's voice pierced into my ear, shaking me off my thoughts. My eyes shifted to his face, taking the sight of his rage.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to walk into you. I won't tell anyone, I promise. Like I didn't see anything." My words tumbled out in a frantic jumble, desperate to appease him. Jimmy's scowl deepened, his eyes narrowing as he towered over me, his presence suffocating.

"You think a simple apology will suffice?" he sneered, his voice dripping with disdain. "You think you can just walk in here, see something you shouldn't, and pretend it never happened?" His words were laced with a mixture of anger and amusement, making my heart sink further.

I felt a cold sweat break out on my forehead as I realized the gravity of my situation. "I-I won't say anything, I swear," I stuttered, trying to placate him. "Please, just forget I saw anything."

Jimmy's gaze lingered on mine, and for a moment, I thought I saw a flicker of curiosity. But it was quickly replaced by his usual cold, hard mask. "We'll see about that," he said, his voice low and menacing, sending shivers down my spine.

He took a step closer, his presence suffocating. "You have no idea what you've gotten yourself into."

A spark of irony flickered in my mind - this was, after all, a public place, and anyone could have walked in on them fucking. The absurdity of the situation almost made me laugh, but Jimmy's intense gaze snuffed out any hint of amusement, leaving me frozen in unease.

Of course, I had no damn idea.

"You have way too many offenses, Dowdy girl," he declared, his voice dripping with disdain.

"Dowdy girl? Fuck him as well as that slut of his for calling me dowdy!" I silently spat.

"First, you trespassed into my space and eavesdropped on me. Secondly, we study the same course, and lastly.."

Lastly?..

"You're unfashionable." He revealed.

"Huh?" I scoffed, the sound barely escaping my lips, a mixture of frustration. But it was only an internal muttering at his audacity.

The words hung in the air like a challenge, and I felt my fate unraveling. Why had I crossed paths with a Montego in such an unfortunate way. Why did it have to be him?

Of course, I was a magnet to bad luck.

"What can I do to make you forgive me?" The desperation in my voice was palpable, my eyes locked on Jimmy's in a plea for mercy.

His response was a low, mocking laugh, the sound sending a shiver down my spine. "What can you do?" he repeated, his smirk growing wider. "Can you take back what you saw? Can you give me back that moment, and make me cum?"

The questions hung in the air, a cruel reminder that some things couldn't be undone. Because they couldn't. Hell, I couldn't make him cum, not in a lifetime.

His face scrunched up in disgust, "Obviously, I can't even stand just looking at you, how will you ever make me cum?.Hmph!" He scoffed.

"I can't," I said faintly, the words barely above a whisper.

He raised an eyebrow, his skeptical gaze lingering on me as if assessing my capabilities. His eyes seemed to bore into mine, studying me with a mischievous glint that made me shift uncomfortably.

"Change your wardrobe," he said, the suggestion rolling off his tongue with an air of effortless simplicity, as if that was the easiest thing to do.

My eyes widened in disbelief as I took in his stylish attire, the audacity of his request hitting me like a slap. I struggled to make ends meet, and buying new clothes was a luxury I couldn't afford.

Not to mention, how would that possibly fix the situation?

It couldn't take away what I saw, neither could it change my course. Or perhaps...

What the fuck!

  • SHE'S MINE ALONE   CHAPTER 72: The wedding Night

KELVIN'S POV The night drew on, and the party continued at the mansion. The atmosphere was thick with music and people sipping on their drinks in every corner. I sat with my dad, surrounded by a sea of suits, all of whom had come to congratulate me on my marriage and, more importantly, my entry into the business world. My dad, beaming with pride, raised his glass. "To my son, Kelvin, and his beautiful bride, Kelly. May your union bring us all prosperity and success. And, of course, I'm proud to say that Kelvin has finally gotten his degree and is ready to join the business world properly." The businessmen around us chuckled and echoed the sentiment, offering their congratulations. I smiled, shaking hands and thanking them, but my mind was elsewhere. Where was she, my wife? She hadn't been anywhere insight since we left the church. I excused myself, standing up. "If you'll excuse me, I need to go find Kelly," I said, excusing myself from the group. As I made my way thr

  • SHE'S MINE ALONE   CHAPTER 71: "I DO"

KELLY'S POV Two months had passed since my father's release from prison, and everything had fallen into place. He'd been given back his company and house, and now I lived knowing I had a family. Anna had moved in with Beck's family after our graduation, and I'd moved in with Kelvin to his penthouse. Jimmy and I were in good terms now, and he'd had to accept that I was dating Kelvin. Interestingly, Jimmy had fallen for Debbie, who'd been there for him since his mother's imprisonment. Today, all the girls and I were at a beauty salon, getting pampered and prepped for the big day – my wedding. As the stylists did their magic, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the journey that had brought me to this moment. I couldn't wait to walk down the aisle and marry the love of my life. The thought of spending the rest of my life with Kelvin filled me with joy and happiness. "When are you and Dante tying the knot?" Debbie joked, winking at Ashley. Ashley laughed, a secretive sm

  • SHE'S MINE ALONE   CHAPTER 70: She never stopped loving me

JIMMY'S POV I walked into the prison, my heart heavy with emotions. It had been two days since everything went down, and I was still trying to process it all.I was led to the visiting room, and my mom was already there, waiting for me. She smiled, her eyes warm. "Jimmy, my son," she said, her voice soft. I took a deep breath, trying to calm myself, but it was no use. The anger, the hurt, the betrayal - it all came flooding back. The faint smile on her face was like a punch to the gut. How could she be smiling? Didn't she know what she had done? I sat down, trying to keep my emotions in check, but it was like trying to hold back a tidal wave. "Why, Mom?" I asked, my voice shaking with rage and hurt. "Why did you do it?"My mom's expression didn't change, her eyes still shining with a cold, calculating glare. "I did it for you, Jimmy. I wanted to give you the best life possible."The words were like a slap in the face. "The best life? You stole from Dad, from Kelvin's mom.

  • SHE'S MINE ALONE   CHAPTER 69 : The Final truth.

KELVIN'S POV I nodded to Becks and Kelly as we parted ways. "I'll join you guys in a minute," I said, slipping away to make my way to my room. "And Becks, thanks again. " I head to the room for a quick shower. The bruises on my face were starting to sting, and I wanted to look presentable for what was to come. I changed into a fresh suit then made my way to the party, receiving condolences from guests along the way. I nodded and smiled, but my mind was elsewhere. I took a seat, my eyes scanned the room, finally landing on Veronica. She was smiling and laughing with the guest, oblivious to the storm that was about to hit her. I stood up, my eyes locked on her. My father, seated beside me, placed a hand on my arm, his eyes questioning what I was about to do. I gave him a reassuring nod. The music stopped, and I stepped forward, my voice ringing out across the room. "Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for gathering here tonight to pay your respects to my mother. But I think it

  • SHE'S MINE ALONE   CHAPTER 68: Escape plan failed

KELLY'S POV I stepped out of the car, my heels clicking on the driveway as I took in the sight of the mansion. The atmosphere was already electric, with sleek cars and rich-looking people milling about. Anna smiled and took my arm, leading me inside. As we entered the grand hall, I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease. I pulled out my phone and tried Kelvin's line again, but it went straight to voicemail. "Hey, Kelvin, we Just arrived at the mansion. Where are you?" I said, trying to keep my voice light. Anna placed a reassuring hand on my shoulder. "Kelly, calm down. He told us he was on his way, just relax." But I couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. I had tried calling him multiple times, and he wasn't answering. I felt a knot in my stomach, a sense of worry that I couldn't ignore. Just then, Kelvin's grandmother appeared, a warm smile on her face. She enveloped me in a hug, her perfume familiar and comforting. "Ah, Kelly, dear, so lovely to s

  • SHE'S MINE ALONE   CHAPTER 67: Sweet Payback

JIMMY'S POV I stood on the balcony, sipping my whiskey, watching the guests arrive at the Montego's mansion. The celebration of Kevin's mom's life was a farce, a show of wealth and status. Otherwise, why care so much about the deaths? I scoffed, my mind elsewhere. Kelly was on my mind, and my plan for Kelvin tonight. My mother joined me, her eyes scanning the crowd below. "How are you, Jimmy?" she asked, her voice concerned.I forced a smile. "I'm fine, Mom."She nodded, her eyes knowing. "I've planned something that will take care of Kevin, that'd eliminate him from the company. But not tonight."I raised an eyebrow, impressed. "Hmm, that's good news, Mom." I let out a mirthless smile knowing that deep down, Kevin's going down. My mother smiled, a cold glint in her eye. "Tonight, let's just enjoy the celebration. We'll deal with Kelvin another day."I nodded, my mind racing. Kelvin was going to pay, and it was going to hurt, I couldn't stop thinking of what I'd do to him
