Amelia’s Pov

Noah stared at me calmly, without an idea of what to say. I could see the confusion that laid beneath his eyes.

“I’m honestly so sorry that I have no memory of who you are or what we did together”, I apologized, with my eyes lowered to the ground.

He darted his eyes away for a second after which he walked over and pulled me into a warm hug.

“I’m not mad at you for forgetting your memories. I’m just glad to see you here again. I mean, I thought I might have lost you forever”, he said and took in a deep sniff.

I scanned though my head for a minute, hoping to catch a glimpse of something, but just as always, everything was blank.

“I’m on my way out”, Alexander announced as the servants rolled out his travel luggage towards the car.

I was blank on how to react since everything looked strange in my eyes.
