This is so sad for her and Bryson. Hopefully, he can prove her innocence soon so she can go back. Though, I will say I'm curious about her father and half-sister. I hope they're not awful.

I agree, but I think it's because if she did, she might not be able to escape. He'd wanna go to her, and the council would follow and capture her. I hope he waits for her and they get to be together again, though!
