Myla's POVThe next morning, I awoke to my phone ringing. As I picked it up, I saw Doc’s name. I tapped answer. “Doc, how is she doing?”“Hello Alpha, she just woke up. Myla's POV After I left the hospital, I went for my run and then headed back home to change. As I opened the door, Evie came running, jumping into my arms. “Did you see my Mommy? How is she? Can we go see her? Uncle Reiner said you made her a member of the pack. Did you really? Does that mean I can link her now? Reiner’s POV We said goodnight to everyone as we headed to our suite. Evie bounced along holding my hand and telling me everything about her room and the house she will share with her mom. We trudged up the stairs, to our suite. Once inside, I brought Myla to our bed. I could tell she was exhausted. "You don't have to worry, I am just tired," she said. Myla hated when I worried but it's my job as her mate. She had been depending on herself for so long, that it was hard for her to have someone to lean on and help with things. Reiner's povListening to Barrett gave me an understanding of why Myla was so strong and so independent. Myla’s POV I didn’t know that was possible to do; Reiner was the only lover I had ever had, he could easily bring me to orgasm. Reiner's POVI could tell she was getting annoyed. Myla was not one to be fawned over. I opened the door to our suite; Wade and Sam were seated on the couch. Wade and Sam are the captains of the warriors. Myla will not be happy, but I am ordering them to be her guards at all times. I have to keep her and our baby safe. She looked at Wade and Sam, then back at me. I watched her drop into her recliner; everyone was chatting happily. I walked behind her and began rubbing her shoulders. I could feel her start to relax. She started dozing off. I knew she had to be tired. The night spent in the hospital had not been restful. Between the nurses coming in at all hours to check her vitals, and the nonstop beeping from the monitor, I think I may have slept an hour.
