Chapter Twenty-Seven: My confession
Lucas's lips slowly move away from mine. Both of his hands went straight to my face, holding each side of my face. His thumbs spread across my cheeks as we stared into each other eyes, standing very close. A beautiful smile appears on his face. His radiant smile was so contagious that I return his smile. How could I not smile with a beautiful smile like his?

"Wow you're up so early!" I had a wonderful time with Lucas near the pond. He helps me to let go of all the hurt I have been through while we get to know each other.
