Stuck Between Two Alphas

"Pack your things, Cisca. You're leaving!"A gruff voice instructed, accompanied with the dangling of keys turning in the lock of a closet. A hand came and yanked off the bed sheets away from my body, dumping it to the floor just as I jerked up from sleep, startled.

Taking in the sight of my father discarding my clothes down and jumbling everything up into a duffel bag quite hastily, I quickly dabbed at my eyes and rubbed away any remains of sleep as I sprint out of bed.

"But father, you just told me this out of the blue..."I shook my head and started saying when he hushed me up, placing his index finger against his lips as he gave me a stern look.

I gulped down and nodded obediently. Knowing he's successfully shut me up, he grabbed the duffel bags by its straps and started stalking for the door, indicating for me to follow.

"No worries, daughter. I'll pack up different varieties of junk foods that will pass you a night or two. I just need you to go far away, far away, Cisca."Descending the stairs with long strides, father chanted off into the kitchen while I followed closely behind him like a lost puppy.

Well, until a certain foil paper slipped off from his trousers back pocket and onto the floor.

Curiosity whirled around me as I looked sideways before sneakily bending over and grabbing the paper off the ground. A grumble escaped my mouth when his hand came out of nowhere and snatched it out of my grip.

He marched off into the kitchen, got the duffel bag from the countertop and put it up before my very face.

"You should take this and leave. But you might choose otherwise if only you want to be sent to the other Kingdom as a concubine for a few weeks to stop a stupid war from breaking out."he venomously said and threw the bag into the air. 

I caught it against my chest and a whimper emitted through my lungs as he forcefully dragged me to the door. He soon jerked it open and practically shoved me out of it.

"Go first, Cisca. I'll be right behind you!"seeing I wouldn't bulge, he growled slowly.

The agitating crunching of footsteps against the grovel sand alongside the slight bobbing of my father's scaredy eyes in its sockets motioned me to a start.

My feets buckled and I took to my heels. I ran- I ran as though a dog chased by a predator.

Guess it was no difference, though. Cause I hadn't even ran two meters when a striking ripping sound oozed up to the atmosphere, followed by the familiar voice of my father yelping hazardously in pain. Perks the silver bane rooting out for every ounce of his life span.

I knew I had to run.

I have to go to the next kingdom before I'll be apprehended and done the way my father had just been done. I didn't want to wait for my own share of death, I bolted off like one being chased by a lightning bolt until I successfully reached the wall acting as a border between this pack and the next.

There was no way I could go down without being noticed. The only way I could go unnoticed is if I climb down the walls with the use of the vines. I heard the heavy duffel between my teeth and gently began climbing down.

Holding unto the vines, I looked down. Jeez! It's a really long way down. Gently and cautiously, I began to climb down. When my get finally found the ground and was let down, I breathed in a successful sigh, going over to sneak into the nearby bush.

My heart almost jumped up my throat two guards over, their eyes scanning hastily all through the atmosphere. Turning so slower than ever, I froze to halt when I felt them pause, having perhaps caught sight of me.

I was suddenly overwhelmed with dark colors clouding my vision. My eyes shut down and my senses blanked as I fell onto the floor, and lost all consciousness.

I don't know how many buckets of water were poured over me but I know it must have been a whole lot since it could snap me back to life. 

My palms meet somewhat rocky later as I straighten up, a sneeze instantly coming out through my lungs and out my nostrils as the dusty wind blows past my face.

I looked around me and instantly, my memory became rewinded. A cave- They had caught me and despite my unconscious state, they thereafter locked me up in a dark cave! I can't believe one's heart can be so hard as a rock. Damn!

"Hurry and let's get her out."A rough voice snapped and I knew I was doomed when the two royal guards from earlier reached the cave's gate and turned the key in the iron lock.

I jerked up to my feet, tears stinging my eyes as I pointed out a finger at them. "Don't you dare come close!"

"You fucking piece of_"I could hear them strolling tauntingly towards me, a raging cuss word emitting from one of them.

"I'll go for her, Ace."Soon enough, one of them volunteered to manhandle me, tossing me over his hulky shoulder before silently walking out of the warehouse, the rest of the trio trailing behind us.

He walked in darkness for a while before light kit up and gardens were revealed before he was walking along the concrete hallway leading us into the backdoor that had already been left open.

"Where are you taking me?"I slurred, and he stopped. He grunts but doesn't answer and continues walking. Frantic steps could be heard as the door was opened up for our entry. Damn, I am not prepared to face the Alpha. Not now, perhaps never!

"Put me the fuck down."I howled, my instincts kicking in. And like the butthead my captor is, he still furthered ignoring my protest. Kicking one foot after the other temperamentally, I started pulling at the scape of his hair.

"You brat_"

"Man, put her down. I'll take it from here."To my best luck, Jasper crossed his way and intervened just as the man spat with fury. Even though I almost stumbled on my feet with his aggressive drop, I'm glad I am still in one piece.
