The stairs

Chapter 6

Skylar POV

I sighed and waited till he released me 

"I'm happy you remember everything i….."

"I don't" I cut him off 

"What?"

"I said I don't,I only remembered that part, I don't know but I remembered when you came for me"

"Since when?" He creased his brow in confusion

"That day I almost got into an accident cause of Bia"

"Ohhh so you remember a bit?" He asked to be sure

"Yes" I answered and he nodded

"Anyways we are changing the design it too dark" i told him

"Whatever you want,are you going to be staying here with me now?" He asked a bit nervous, I smiled 

"Of course" I saw Leon eyes sparkle,I chuckle

"I need to shower" i said and opened the bathroom door and before he said anything i closed the door 

I look myself in the mirror and smiled I'm getting use to my face

I came out of the bathroom and saw the phone and clothes Leon prepared for me 

I dressed up and checked my phone out 

There's only one contact saved and it Leon's

Except for that it empty

I went to the kitchen for water and the aroma I smelled made my stomach cry 

I entered and saw Leon in apron

"You can cook?"

"As you can see yes" he winked

And I quickly took my sit on the table as I await the food

Leon was done in no time 

He made a simple omelet with bacon and bread 

I took a bite and close my eyes to take in the taste 

"It delicious" i almost choked

"Don't talk with your mouth full" Leon passed me a glass of water and i drink and continue enjoying my meal

"Leon what do I do?" I asked and he was first confuse

"I mean what type of job do I do?" 

"Ohhh, fashion designer you make dresses" he replied with a proud smile playing on his lips.

"Wow! So I make dresses? Even though I can't remember, I think I'm good,was I famous ?" I flashed him a smile

"Well you make a few dresses and was about to get into an international competition when you got into your accident,you are on the way of being famous"

"Ohhh I see,how did I get into an accident?" I saw Leon dark look but he quickly dismissed it 

"A car hit you on your way home" he muttered

I can tell he's hiding something but decided to play along I will get my memories back anyways

"Your parents invited us for dinner" he suddenly changed the topic

"By which time?" I looked up at him

"I already declined their invitation" I smiled

"Well let give them a surprise then" I saw Leon look at me with surprise

"But…"

"No buts" I cut in

"Whatever you say" he sighed and added

"Your clothes are in the closet"

"Thanks for the food" I stood and thank him

"It by 6 be ready" Leon reminded me

"Ok I'm tired I need to rest,wake me when it time" 

"Ok sweets" Leon cleared the dishes while I went to get some rest

" we can go back home you know, it not too late" Leon whispered into my ear and i opened my eyes and yawned

I was sleeping on our way to my parents house

"I'm fine just a bit tired,wake me up when we get there" I closed my eyes to get more sleep and I soon dozed off

  I yawned and opened my eyes but stood up in shock

I remember sleeping in the car with Leon but where is this?

'This is not my room, where am I?' I was panicking. I look around and the room felt strangely familiar 

I still felt tense and  really nervous

'Where's Leon? Weren't we on our way to my parent's house? Wait, my parent's house??'

I forced myself to calm down

I opened the door and came out ,I looked around it felt really familiar but I can't remember where it is

"Sister, are you awake?" Stacy suddenly appeared beside me and I jumped in fear

"Sister you ok?" 

"I'm fine,where's Leon?" I questioned

"He's downstairs with Mom and Dad" 

I nodded and noticed I'm on the second floor

"Let's go" Stacy pulled me along

I stopped when we got to the stairs I don't when why but I felt afraid

"You ok sis" Stacy looked worried

"I'm okay" I took a deep breath to calm myself down 

I took the first step down but held on the railing tight,I started feeling dizzy and it hard to breath

I tried to breath but it not working

'Come on Skylar breath' I tried to control myself but it wasn't working

Tears soon cloud my eyes,and my head start hurting

I saw flash of memories again and i shake my head to stop the memories from coming

My head was pounding it felt as if ants were crawling in my brain

"Sis,sis look at me sis"

I heard Stacy panicked voice

Tears were pouring from my eyes this time and when I couldn't control the pain I was feeling I screamed out.

"Aaahhhhh!" 

"Sis!" Stacy also yelled out

"Aaahhhhh!" I screamed again and my world was spinning, I was crying and the pain did not stop

My heart tighten and I was gasping for air

I felt someone pull me into their arms

"Calm down Skylar, it ok,take a deep breath"

A voice smoothed me 

"It ok pull yourself together sweets you will be fine" the voice became clearer this time and I know it Leon

 I took in his smell,I felt a bit better

He held me tighter and I relaxed and the pain stopped as if it never happened.

"You ok now?" Leon asked

I nodded and held him tighter 

"Should we just go home ?" 

"Nooo,since we are here now and there's something I need to confirm" I replied and look from my sister to the stairs

I saw her looking at me and she seems really scared,she was clutching her fist and biting her lips,she's definitely guilty

I can't help but believe what I just remembered 

"Sister…." I called

"Yes Skylar" she lift her brows up and urge me to go on

"The stairs….do you remember the stairs…"

"What??....what do you mean..?" She yelled out scaring me
