Galit.. galit na galit ang nararamdaman ni Emmanuel ng nakita niya si Lianna at ang kanyang kapatid na masyadong malapit sa isat isa. He wanted to strike his brother for crossing his line, but he really wants to castigate Lianna for defying him. Seeing Lianna smiling at Jaime makes his blood boil in rage since he expected Lianna to follow his orders at all times.

When he sees Lianna working in the cafe, he swears that he will do everything to get her, by hook or by crook. He was too attracted by her innocence and how she obeyed.
