Her chest fluttered every time she felt a warm breath brush against her skin—especially when a pair of hands touched her most intimate parts. Those hands teased her just right, touching in a way that made it seem like they already knew every place capable of overwhelming her senses.

“Is there another way?” Sierra tried to open her eyes, but what she saw only made her mind even more chaotic.

She knew it shouldn’t be like this. But what could she do? She needed money, and this was the only way to get it quickly.

“You’ve already heard what the doctor said about Callie’s condition, right? There’s no other way, Sierra. So I’m asking you again, are you sure about this?” Axton lifted his head from the crook of Sierra’s neck, giving her a sharp look. His black eyes glared, full of emotions and desire that had already consumed him.

Oh, so this was the man who claimed to love his wife and refused to leave her, no matter what? This man was now in her bed—kissing every inch of her naked body while his wife slept in the room next door.

“So, let’s get this done now and give me the money according to our deal,” Sierra said confidently.

Axton’s gaze dropped back down to her—trying to reassure himself about what he was about to do.

Not only because the man who was kissing her was her best friend’s husband, but she’d also never thought she would lose her virginity to someone other than her husband. Yet, once again, Sierra had no choice.

None of them did—not Sierra, Axton, or Callie.

“Ah,” even though she tried to hold it in, Sierra couldn’t suppress the moan that escaped her lips as two fingers slipped inside her. “Don’t go too fast,” she whispered softly, almost pleading, as her thighs squeezed Axton’s wrist while he teased her breasts.

This man knew exactly what he was doing.

He knew when to move his fingers quickly, and when to slow down.

He even knew exactly what to do when Sierra reached her first orgasm with just the motion of his two fingers.

Sierra was still panting as she closed her eyes, her legs spread wide open. She had forgotten the embarrassment she felt when she first let Axton see her body. Now, she couldn’t even think. Even when Axton pulled away from her to remove the only piece of clothing still on him, Sierra couldn’t form a single thought.

She watched as he hurriedly moved—his hands unbuckling his belt, undoing his pants, and pulling them down in one swift motion.

He quickly joined her on the bed, positioning himself perfectly in front her. One of his hands guided himself while the other grabbed her breast with more roughness than before.

The moment it happened, Sierra arched her body as pain seared through her most private area. It felt like something was tearing her apart from the inside—penetrating a place that had never been touched before.

“Oh God, you’ve never been touched before?” Axton’s gaze showed his surprise. His eyes widened in disbelief, and Sierra swore his desire was evident in that look.

“You know the answer,” Sierra responded with difficulty. Aside from the tears that flowed embarrassingly, she swore this was the most humiliating moment of her life. She had no idea how she would face Callie the next morning when her best friend found out that her husband had slept with her tonight. She didn’t even know how to face herself, realizing that she had completely sold herself for money—sold her virginity to her best friend’s husband.

“Are you okay with that?” Axton asked softly.

Sierra nodded.

What could she do? She couldn’t take back what had already been done, even if she shook her head.

Now it was too late, and there was nothing left to do but continue what she had already allowed to start.

“Let me in,” Axton whispered softly, kissing her demanding lips—forcing her to open her mouth and respond to his kiss.

Of course, Axton did everything perfectly. His kiss, combined with the way he squeezed her breast, reignited the passion that had overtaken her.

Damn. This was madness.

By the time Axton’s hips started pushing deeper, Sierra had already gotten used to his movements. The discomfort in her private parts was still there, but she knew she was also enjoying what he was doing to her body.

“Damn,” Axton muttered in his deep voice.

That voice brought Sierra back to her memories of the past—reminding her that she was in bed with her best friend’s husband.

Sierra remembered being one of the bridesmaids at Axton and Callie’s wedding two years ago. They were so happy. Of course, they were happy. Who wouldn’t be happy on their own wedding day?

Unfortunately, something that seems perfect isn’t always truly perfect.

Axton’s family needed an heir, which meant Callie had to give birth to a child. However, her health wouldn’t allow her to carry a pregnancy, as the risks were too big. So, they decided to find a surrogate to be pregnant with their child.

Well, that was the agreement when Axton and Callie came to Sierra with a ridiculous request.

Sierra needed money. She needed it to pay off her father’s debts after he left her to marry a prostitute—leaving her to work alone to repay the debt, or else her house would be seized, and she’d become homeless. The offer from her friend seemed like a mutually beneficial deal, solving all three of their problems.

Unfortunately, two months ago, Callie was diagnosed with a condition that would prevent her from producing healthy eggs due to her worsening illness.

There was no solution to their problem. In fact, things only became messier.

And now, here Sierra was—lying naked while her best friend’s husband made love to her.

“Ah!” Sierra reached out to touch Axton’s hair as he moved at a frantic pace—so fast that her body shook because of it.

In a moment Sierra couldn’t describe in words, she felt something release from her body again, making her unable to stifle a long, passionate moan as the man on top of her kept thrusting. At the same time, he felt the same. He pulled back and pushed harder—deeper than before, releasing himself inside her.

Sierra squeezed her eyes shut, wrapping her arms and legs around his back.

Two minutes passed. Axton remained in the same position, as though he wanted to stay there to catch his breath after what they’d just done.

Of course, Sierra had already let go of her embrace, but she stayed silent because she didn’t know what to say.

A few seconds later, Axton rolled over and lay on his back beside her. Sierra took the opportunity to grab the blanket that had fallen to the floor and quickly covered her naked body. She wanted to go to the bathroom and clean herself up, but she couldn’t do that now if she wanted to get pregnant quickly.

Get pregnant, give birth, take the money, and then get away from this messy life.

“I’ll call the maid to help you.” Axton exhaled, sitting at the edge of the bed.

His back was the only thing Sierra could see, and her heart fluttered when she noticed the scratch marks her nails had left on his skin.

“Don’t do that. I can clean myself,” Sierra lowered her gaze, feeling deep shame when she saw the bloodstain on the sheets.

“Don’t move yet. Let them work.”

Sierra knew what Axton meant, so she just nodded in understanding. “Ask the maid to leave the sheets at my door, but don’t let them come in. I don’t want anyone seeing me like this.”

Axton turned around, and Sierra was relieved that he had put his pants back on, even though he wasn’t fully dressed. At least she didn’t have to look at… the part of him that had made her moan shamelessly earlier.

“Alright,” he nodded, gazing at her as if there was something he wanted to say. But a few seconds passed, and he still said nothing.

Feeling she had been lying in the same position long enough to follow the rule of staying still to help his sperm reach her egg, Sierra slowly moved to the edge of the bed and let her legs dangle.

“I’m about to go to the bathroom. Can you give me some privacy?”

“Of course. Call me if you need anything.”

Sierra didn’t respond.

Of course, she wouldn’t call him in the middle of the night like this. And she never should have called him in the first place, never should have let her best friend’s husband into her room to sleep with her.

The sound of the door closing told Sierra that he had left to sleep in his wife’s room.

Damn. It hurt.
