“Still no news on Dorine?” Stella asked Doris.
“Nope,” Doris waved her head sideways and kept her eyes glued to the door at the entrance.
Both women were seated on one of the plush chocolate-brown sofas in Stella's exquisite boutique and clothing store. Stella puffed out a small sigh and rubbed her temples slowly. Even after three months of realizing the truth, she still found it hard and stressing to know that Dorine hasn't made a move to return.
At first, she was so mad at Doris for impersonating her twin and living with a man who was not her husband, right now, all she felt was pity for the lady beside her.<
