Chaos pt1

He looked at me, contemplating whether or not he could touch me. “Come on now” I said, as though I knew something that he did not and honestly, I did. “Let’s not keep the guests they are already seated” I said, making my way to the front of the crowd were everyone was facing.

I did not bother waiting for him. I mean what was the use?

I zoned out whatever it was that they were saying as I looked at the Bastard that was right in front of me.

I looked at him as he looked over every so often to Esme who had this look in her eyes as though she was seconds away from winning the lottery.

“Alpha?” someone called,  bringing Alpha Lucas on stage. I watched how he limped slightly reciting the rites to hand over his title to his son.

I nearly scoffed. The image of my mum’s body flashing through my mind for a minute before it focused back on him.

“I will make you pay, I have no forgotten about you” I said with a smile.

“What?” they said, looking at me like I had grown another head. I snapped back to reality, cursing myself for almost blowing my cover.

“Just… I was referring to Kaden” I said, pointing at the innocent child in the background who looked like he had been caught in street light. “He bit me “ I said, raising my hand in the air. They nodded, not thinking much of it. Some even laughed about it because they knew how much I adored him since it was little.

I let out a  breath as they went back to whatever it was that they were doing

They brought  knife, looking at me to take it. This is the part I had waited for, but I had to wait. I was not going to do any magic for a while so it had to be now.

“Can I… can I use the bathroom?” I said, my voice coming out in a shy whisper.

 I watched as Ethan’s face twisted, it looked like he was barely holding on to his rage before he exploded.

“Are you serious right now? Of all times you are choosing….?”

“Son!” His father scolded, shutting him up almost instantly. He turned to me, giving that practiced smile before be nodded.

I walked down the stage, rushing into the pack house and straight into Alpha' Lucas’ room.

“Fuck I am crazy” I said as my hands shook, as I stood in the centre of his room. I looked around before finding the Luna’s old clothes. I rushed to it, picking one, the spell falling out of my mouth as I brought the second potion out of my pocket and pouring it into her.

"Let’s see how you like this.”

I rushed back out, barely looking were I was going causing me to rush into someone else.

I fell on my bum, the sparks I felt freezing me in place.

I looked up and as I had suspected, it was not Ethan, the sparks I had felt for Ethan Paled in comparison to this one. This one felt as though I was in the clouds, and I was not going to come down.

I looked at him, his eyes clouding over as he looked at me, his mouth already forming to say the words mate when I shot up to my feet, placing my hands over his mouth.

Instinctively, his hands wrapped around me, pulling me closer to him.

I bit my bottom lips, trying my best to keep the moans that threatened to fall out of my mouth at bay.

“Look” I said after clearing my throat “I don’t know what is going on, but this is some sort of mistake” I watched as the clouding in his eyes vanished, all was left was heart break as though I was rejecting him and in the moment, I had to.

My mate, though a jerk was outside, waiting for me to come back and finish my mating process and I had a revenge to serve while it was steaming hot. I pulled away from him even though everything inside of me screamed to get back into his hands and curl up.

“Please, don’t ruin this” I said, rushing back to the stage where the crowd was.

“What took you so long” Ethan said, looking every bit irritated and he was not even bothering to hide it at the moment.

I shrugged, you know, large bladder.” The look of disgust on his face could not be shaken, even if he tried.

“Let’s continue” Alpha Lucas said, his voice overshadowing everyone else’s.

They handed me the knife which I took, not even wasting a second of it as I sliced myself.

Ethan did same, taking his hands over to mine.

I could feel the glee in my stomach. In a few seconds, he was going to be a slave to me forever. I could feel my toes curling just from the thought of it.

“Blood for blood, life for life…” We chanted the words, just as the pack’s sorceress said, then we paused.

The growl at the back of the crowd stopping everyone as they turned back to see what was causing the noise.

“She is mine” The man from before said, looking furious as he matched his way up to the front.

‘No’ I thought, my mouth going dry as i looked at the man that was about to ruin my plans.

“Alpha Ronan, what is the meaning of this” Alpha Lucas said, standing in front of the two of us in an attempt to protect us.

“I would very much like to ask the same thing.” He said, the snapped, he paused, his voice matching each step he took

“LuLu?” I watched as Alpha Lucas froze as he could hear the late Luna’s voice. I licked my lower lip, trying to hide my smirk.

I watched as his face went pale as she spoke. “Why did you leave me?” Her voice sounded closer.

“WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE!!” he boomed, looking at me then the crowd who looked at him like he had grown a second head since he was the only one that could see or hear her, apart from me.

“Come here girl” the man, Alpha Ronan said. He was not demanding, he was not aggressive. More like afraid I might disappear or something.

I stood frozen, not knowing what to do when I was dragged aggressively by the hand to Ethan.

“I suggest, you get the fuck out of here” Ethan said, looking at Ronan with fear in his eyes while trying to stand his ground…
