A Beautiful Lie

 “Are you certain about this?”, he asked me with reassuring eyes.

I nod and lightly smiled at him as he is placing himself above me.

He kissed my head down to my face and lips where it settled for long.

Then he stared at me for a few seconds before he made a full thrust to my womanhood.

Tears are streaming down from my eyes as I am feeling the pain of such action.

His thrust is tearing me apart but a taste of pleasure was undeniable.

He paused for a while seeing the tears on my face.

“Don’t tell me that this is your…” I never let him to finish what he is going to say through kissing him torridly.

“Just go on”, I whispered between our kisses.

His kisses went down to my breast after a long kiss in my lips and it intensified the heat inside my body that I can’t almost contain it.

After a few thrusts, moans and groans were echoing in the entire room.

My nails were slightly buried in his bare back without me noticing it.  

The height of pleasure that we are unveiling was getting higher that I let out a loud gasp and moan after we reached the peak of it, a sound of satisfaction.

I can see a glimpse of happiness gleaming in his eyes as he is looking at me directly in the eyes.

He gave me a peck of kiss in the lips and then in my head before laying down beside me.

“You’re unbelievable”, he murmured silently while both of us are facing the ceiling.

“What makes you to say that? We had sex and I’m pretty sure that you’re kind of used to it. Is it a big deal?”, I asked in a low voice.

“It is not sex, it is lovemaking. I made it clear to you that I’m in love with you, right? And yes, you might not be the first woman that I did this with, but doing it with you a while ago is the greatest one I ever had. But I can’t believe it, you gave up your innocence to someone you don’t like at all. Setting aside the alcohol, you still have the option to back out a while ago. Why, Avery?”.

His words are piercing my heart but I can’t hide it any longer that I never expected the words that came out from my own mouth.

“I like you. Uh-no. I love you, too”.

I can see him turning his head towards me through my peripheral vision upon hearing such words.

“What did you say?”, I almost laugh when I see his forehead wrinkled in confusion.

I stared at him for a few seconds before giving him an answer.

“I said, I love you as well”.

At first, he was silent but after he processed what I just said, his eyes gleamed with tears which made me worried for a bit.

“What’s wrong? Are you fine?” I asked while still my eyes are glued to him.

“I can’t contain the happiness you are giving me right now”.

I’m speechless seeing how happy he is at this moment.

I felt the guilt trying to dig deep into my soul for he doesn’t know who really I am.

I held his hand while still looking at him and while his loving eyes were covered with tears.

“Just remember that I would never regret doing it with you, Devin.”

He kissed me in the forehead and hugged me tightly while our bodies don’t still have any covers.

“Thank you, Avery. And I love you, so much”; he whispered lightly.

If this is a dream, I don’t want to wake up anymore.

This is the best dream I ever had in my entire life.

A dream that will surely turn into a nightmare once he will knew and find out the truth about everything.

And I’m not ready yet for that, my heart isn’t.
