His Breaking Point

My knees are a little bit shaking when the elevator reached the rooftop.

My heart is throbbing furiously that I can definitely feel it upon placing my hand in my chest.

I’m still having second thoughts if I should execute my plans through this act.

I might regret it sooner or later.

I just stood there inside, waiting for a sign whether to continue showing off or just to stay low-key for the mean time.

I am about to do the latter one and go downstairs when the elevator door opened and they all saw me.

“Oh! She’s here!”, Melissa exclaimed with excitement when she saw me.

I am left with no choice.

I made a few steps toward them and I saw Devin’s face, defeated.

I don’t know where I found the courage to take off my robe when I reached the pool but I did.

And their eyes were obviously full of awe.

I can even see John’s mouth opened a little through my side eye.

The women beside Melissa are giving me glares that never scare the hell out of me, they are just letting their insecurity overrule them now which is pathetic.

And there’s Devin, he can’t even watch me directly.

He’s trying to look in the other side.

“Come on. Let’s start this, it’s getting late”; he cut off and everyone’s attention were divided between me and what they are supposed to do.

I sit beside Melissa which is in the opposite direction of Devin’s seat.

“You look amazing. Oh no, it is an understatement. Your beauty is jaw-dropping”, Melissa complimented which I just smiled and mouthed a ‘thank you’ as a response.

The night is still rolling when we had emptied half a dozen of wine already.

Most of us were obviously dizzy already but John is still opening more bottles of champagne.

He is really trying to get all of us drunk.

His eyes were set on me as I glimpse at him.

I’m just not sure if it is a warning look or an admiration.

But of course I like the latter one.

I can see his dark eyes intensely looking at me while sipping his champagne.

When I had decided to go into the water, I can see him holding his breath which is victorious for me.

After a few minutes of soaking myself in the pool, he took off his shirt and his abdominal muscles which are in perfect shape were exposed.

Ugh! Why do he have to look this hot even he is only half naked?

Well, I hate myself for thinking he’s hot but no one can even deny that fact.

And talking about the other men, they will just look amateurs compared to him.

He dived into the pool and all of our eyes are on him.

His strokes were perfect as if he is a trained swimmer, maybe?

I’m just soaking myself in the side of the pool when Melissa handed me a goblet of champagne.

“Do you know what?  You and Devin looks perfect together”, she mentioned with a blink and left.

Well, she just told him the last night to not choose me since I don’t belong in their circle, it seems that she just instantly changed her mind.

While drinking, I felt a hand encircling my hips.

I almost choke when I saw who it was.

“What are you doing?!”, I asked him but instead of answering me, he just lowered his head and touched my lips with his without any hesitation.

His mouth is warm that I can’t even neglect such invitation as his tongue is exploring my whole mouth.

Maybe this is also the effect of the alcohol that I drank tonight.

I’m being taken away by the heat he had started.

We are just in that position not for so long when someone shouted near us, “You two, can you please get a room? Unless you’ll let our eyes to feast in such show”.

It was Melissa, and then followed by teasing laughter by their other friends. I got shy upon hearing that but seeing Devin smiling while still holding me in his arms is comfortable that I don’t want to let go of him anymore.

“Come on, bro. Don’t make me jealous too much”, John added with a smile and a wink.
