Adina’s POV

I looked at Tyson, who was sitting quietly watching me, then back at the drunken men. Contemplating on what decision to make, I looked back at the men as their paces had increased, now I’ve been caught in between.

Looking at the situation on the ground I had no choice, I immediately rushed into the car panting heavily.

“Drive Tyson! Drive!”

“I thought you said you weren’t going to come with me?” He said trying to tease me.

“Tyson please, not now, just drive.” He chuckled before stepping on the accelerator and off we went. The drive home was silent as we both didn’t say a word to each other.

We got to my place and I immediately got down from the car after saying a thank you for today. I was about leaving when he stopped me with his words.

“Good night Mamacita.”

A drop of tear escaped my eyes the minute he called me that, that was what he called me when we were together, and right now that name brought back memories. I slowly turned to him and said.

“Goodnight Tyson.”
