This was hell. Drake and I are sitting here waiting for my little jewel to wake. Up. Her situation had improved immensely after that piece of gold was removed from her body. She had regained her natural colour and was no longer pale. She had not woken yet, but the doctor was positive that she would wake up soon. At least she didn’t feel like an ice cube any longer. I think my heart stopped when I saw her lying in bed. She was so pale, and my stomach dropped when I touched her cheek and found it freezing cold.

“How are we going to find this guy?” I asked.

“I have no idea. Ty told Killian that she had never seen him before but then admitted that this school is big and that there are many in this school that she has not seen before.” Drake answered.

This is true. Our school is the biggest in the area. I am sure we don’t even know most of the students that attend. Our school sits in the middle of ours and two other clans. Both of which we have an alliance. Dad h
