"Tell me you've thought carefully about this and you're letting it go?"

I turned to him. "Are you crazy? She almost died. She needs to pay for this, Dax, and I am not letting it go."

"She's awake, Xavier. She needs us to be there for her, and you know this can go wrong."

When we got to the parking lot outside the clinic, I turned around and looked at him. "I'll be back before you know it. Sasha won't be expecting me."
