X's Speculation

Hugh and Lucia lay side by side on the bed. Their chest rose and feel at their own pace. Hugh took out his phone which was still ringing. Hugh knew it X and no one else. X was the only one who could call him on the phone at that time. Hugh hung up the call without thinking.

"Aren't you going to pick up the call?" Lucia asked with raised brows while drawing up the sheets to cover herself. Hugh raised a brow at her actions but didn't comment on it. "I'll be back soon." Hugh said and looked at the time on his phone. It was nighttime already. "You don't need to wait up for me as well." He added.

Lucia nodded her head and Hugh leaned forward to place a soft kiss on her lips. She could her lips tingle from the connection. She watched as Hugh straightened the creases on his clothes. He then walked out of the room without looking back. Lucia didn't want to think too much but she wondered who was X.
