Dinner with Arvin

“Well, at least you don’t stink anymore.”

“Thanks, I think?”

Ian smirked before turning and heading to the formal dining room. Gray, the one I assumed was Misty’s father, and another man who looked like he had been one of the ones in Alaska sat at the table.

Arvin stood as we entered, “Ah, mistress Eileen. How kind of you to join us.”

“I didn’t realize I had much choice.”

“My dear, You are Luna. There is always a choice.”

“Is that so? We will see.” I took a seat at the opposite end of Arvin, intentionally testing his good graces being he had already pulled out a chair to his right for me.

Arvin glared down the table but held back whatever he was planning to say, instead, glancing at Kaira. “I don’t remember inviting an omega.”

“You invited me, and told her to not leave my sight. So you did invite her.” I said
