“Ams?” Trey came into her office.

She got up and ran into his arms.

“I thought you’d have at least wanted me to shower first,” He said.

“You do stink, but I’m already used to it. What are you doing here though? You still have two weeks left.”

“I was let out for good behaviour. That or they got tired of the noise I was making every time I beat the daylights out of Daichi.”

“The latter sounds more believable. Are you going back to your pack now?”

“What if I said later?”

“I wouldn’t mind you staying a little longer. Come on,” She took him to her room.

“You can use my shower and take a nap or sleep in here afterwards. I got a few things yesterday in case you wanted to stay here, but I forgot to get men’s shower gel. The closest thing I have is a lemon-scented one.”

“That’s fine as long as I get to shower. I wouldn’t want my pack to see me in such a pathetic state.”
