Ethan placed the cup of coffee on the table next to where Pierre was working.
"Pierre, I don't get what you said earlier," Ethan said, still bothered by what Pierre told him.
"I meant what I said, and I am not exaggerating," Pierre answered as he kept himself busy on the task.
"You see, my father is not that kind of a man he is."
Pierre looked at him. "He's a great father to you, Ethan. He's a good man even."
"Then why?"
"You cannot battle business with kindness, Ethan. Your father almost failed in his business because he followed his heart. It only took some time until it hardened, and he started destroying others."

Wick parked his car outside the Palace Towers.“Go straight to the parking lot in the basement,” said Ethan as he roamed his eyes around, looking for signs of Joseph.Wick proceeded to drive down the basement, find an empty spot and parked right there. Ethan woke up. Not from the sound of his alarm but the knock on his door."I have prepared breakfast. Let's eat," Troye said, smiling. His eyes were roaming around Ethan's bedroom."I am sorry it was such a mess here. I did not have the time to clean up," Ethan said as he picked up the clothes that were on the floor."Well, then.
